I called in a dinner order on my way from work. on 04/2/2022 for an Alaskan Salmon dinner. Upon arrival, I paid for the meal and was told by the cashier that the meal would be read in another 20 minutes because the fish was still frozen. I was mash potatoes with no sauce and corn as side orders. When I picked up the order and went home which was about 35 minutes away, The food was not properly cooked, it was still frozen on the inside. I called the restaurant and spoke to a waited who was very rude and disrespectful. she cursed me out on the phone and told me to call the manager in the morning for a full refund. I called and the manger refused to issue a refund. He gave me a 1 800 number to call where nobody picked up the phone. I need them to issue me am immediate refund for the uncooked an messy food which they provided me when I indicated to them that I did not want any gravy. I will also express my dissatisfaction on all social media outlets Denny's 26415 Warns Rd Perrysburg Oh 43551 This is the location of the business,Customer response

what clarification do you need. I sent you the address of the store on Warns Road in Perrysburg. Do you need a picture of the receipt and the nasty food not even a dog would eat. It was purchased on May first
