  We had Toledo New Bath completely remodel our 1950s bathroom in December of 2022. Our salesman was very professional and advised the job should take about one week to complete. A week later I called with a question only to find out he had quit the company. That should have been our first red flag. Our second red flag was the first day the install was to happen and the installer didnt show up until about noon because his truck wouldnt start and he had trouble with the trailer fitting his other truck so he had to change trailers as well. Then when he did get here he stated hed never done a complete remodel before and only worked two hours then said hed be back first thing the next day but the next day came and it was about 11AM before he showed up. Third red flag. Second day he only worked until about noon then said hed never done was running out for a quick lunch and would be back. Two hrs later he came back. This went on for about 4 weeks. We were hosting Christmas that year and explained he needed to be done by then. He basically finished December 24th but had one more thing to do and would return on the 26th which he did. 3mo later there was rust running down the shower wall from the hand bar and the cauck around the shower base was messed up. So I called and a maintenance fellow came out and had to change the screws holding the hand bar because the installer didnt use stainless steel screws. And he recalled around the shower base saying it was not done correctly. I pointed out to him also that the trim along the wall is two different trims. One is rounded and some is squared off. Also the tile along the corner where the wall behind the shower meet looks unfinished. You can see all the caulk holding the tile on the wall. He took pictures of all the issues I pointed out and said hed get with the office and have them contact me. I called several times after that with no response. I talked to ***** last week and still waiting to hear from him.

  Toledo New Bath came to give me a quote 16,513$ is what We paid.the sub contractor didn’t show up for first appoint for between 9amand 10am nobody contacted me till after 11 am. The contractor finally showed up Friday without all materials he needed because the job we paid for was not on his order. My order you can’t read and the paper the Salesman wrote on fo me was not what we agreeed on with salesman. The company was no help told me I signed a contract and not everything was on it so They can’t help me. I ask them to have Shawn my salesman to contact me but the number he gave me will not work.so I paid for a whole bathroom and am only getting a shower for16’513.60 NOT HAPPY
