My garage build was started last October 2021. I thought the job would be done within a month because that is what I was told. It is now May 2022 and the job still has not been completed. I agree with ***** * about the concrete job. The workers played around all day and when the concrete was poured they did not pay attention to detail and I have low spots where water collects in the driveway. Also water gets under the garage door where there is another low spot and leaches down the stress lines to the middle of the garage. How am I going to store things in the garage only to get water into it? I try to call the contractor only to get an answering machine telling me to leave my number and they will call me back. I have not heard from them. I did see where they left the ladder/stairs in the garage last week for the attic storage but no one has called to give me a date as to when it will be finished.

We hired them for a garage rebuild in August of 2021 and 8 months later it is finally 'finished'. We asked, and were reassured, that the project should be completed within 2 months, well before the weather turned. Instead, there were many promises and excuses to follow, mostly of how the contractors they use were not available. I could ramble on about the many layers of disappointments but instead will say that the ONLY 2 aspects of this build that we were fully satisfied with were the framer - who was AWESOME, by the way - and Matt, the electrician. Their other contractors had to come back, again and again, to fix or finish their work. I understand that our main POC was undergoing health issues, but was assured that his son would be filling in most capably. As of today's writing, I'm not sure he even has one, as there was no evidence of anyone filling in during his absence. Lastly, according to their website, they hire veterans, which is commendable, and was the swaying factor in our decision to go with them. However, at the end of the day, workers need to know, and take pride in, what they're doing - especially when there is no follow-up from the company. If All-Phase should read this review, it is our recommendation that you find a new concrete crew. We are still trying to repair the consequences of their actions.
