      I paid $105.11 up front in full for two sticky "signs" or "stickers" to put over my current signs and a 1000 business cards on 9.19.22. I told ***** we were starting a new business and really needed them. He said the signs would be available in 2-3 days, and the cards in about a week. When I have gone in to check the associate has been angry and hostile, and I was told to stop bothering them that when they get the signs, they would call me. ***** has not been in and I get a message indicating the voicemail box is full. I would like a refund or the signs and cards asap.

      Not only did I speak with her son in law who the cards were for i told him if they were not in by thursday i would give them a refund to which he okayed....Further more on the sign I told him it was to be printed the day cards were in as it takes roughly 20 minutes which he also said ok....I have not gotten anyone stopping by a single time and being open daily from 9-430 with someone here yet we have gotten a call which were answered....Refund will be issue once the last 4 digits of the card are given so we can refund...I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER AGAIN NOR WANT HER BUSINESS.  When i speak with someone and get the okay on something I will not be ******* to by her or anyone else....I made it clear that cards wouldnt be a week period to get in and the sign as mentioned is instantly....shes not welcome in shop from this point and can email or send last 4 digits on here.....any other option is out of questions

      Same-day signs in tiffin, I Payed for a banner and shipping cost on July 8th. Told me it would be mailed out. Then it wasn't. Then it was sitting at the store done. Last 2 times I asked it to be delivered it hasn't been. Talked to the owner a few days ago, he said it would be delivered personally by him. It isn't in my mailbox. They wouldn't give me a refund for shipping cost, because they'll personally deliver it but never have. I've been messaging them for weeks and they don't answer their business phone or they say they'll call me back and never do. I payed $64 dollars for my banner and for it to be delivered and it should be here by now.

      Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/08/05) */ Not only did we not rip her off i have messages from her where we actually offered a refund. Initially we did not ship out in a timely manner which i had told customer was on us and then we would personally deliver it....I got a call from her saying that the banner wasn't delivered in her mailbox as stated but when i talked to my driver he said he had 100% dropped off to address provided. Now without trying to discredit my customer I can't help but wonder how she didn't get it...My workers been here 6 years working for me without a single incident and all of a sudden he has one? She has called a couple times and talked a couple times BUT I DID OFFER A REFUND AS IM NOT HERE TO RIP SOMEONE OFF.....If she wants the banner which was reprinted AGAIN just to please her i would love to send it via UPS WITH TRACKING ONLY AND SIGNATURE CONFIMATION or she will have to personally come in and pick up AND SIGN FOR IT. If neither of these are acceptable then i will give a refund because i am no longer going to go back and fourth wasting my time....Starting in 3 weeks we will be open for our 15th year with roughly 7-10 omplaints in that time....If that doesn't say something about our business im not sure what does thanks Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/08/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) If it was reprinted again then why didn't they mail it out then? I payed for deliver fee? It shouldn't have to be printed again if they would of mailed it out to begin with?? Why was it never mailed out to begin with? Why did they supposedly personally delivering it to my house instead of getting it shipped? It doesn't add up. That banner they supposedly delivered personally was never in my mailbox, I stayed here the time he said, noone came and nothing was in my mailbox. Any other company would have it shipped out not personally delivered? But ok have them send it through UPS so it gets here finally and I will sign for it. Thank you! She makes it perfectly clear that it was fine. I also offered a refund to which she declined which i also have in a message....The fact remains we delivered SHE CLAIMS she didnt receive it....I once again have offered to have it reprinted if she would like to pick it up and i'll be more then glad to refund the shipping portion of it but i will not be beat out of another print period. If she wants the refund im making it a point in this complaint WE WILL REFUND but she is not to contact us anymore....I have the ability to remake AGAIN the baner in under 10 minutes so if she wants to pick up or send someone thats fine as well....I am not offering to ship at this point for all i know she will receive it then say something is wrong with it. SOrry but i have been in business 15 years this sept and only ever had a few issues like this and honestly im just not having it. So FINAL OFFER....pick it up we will refund the shipping portion, if she stops payment after this we will take her to small claims court which i go every couple weeks against someone OR we are more then happy to refund her money....As mentioned we can easily reprint if she wants but unless someone is picking up and signing for it then we will not....Please advise Consumer Response /* (4200, 19, 2021/08/18) */ Have them refund the $63. I don't want the banner anymore and I'm tired of fighting with people. Just refund me the full amount and I'll be done with them.
