      I've had my vehicle for 2weeks. I called to get an appointment set up, first the gentleman that answered the phone was not professional. Second time I called spoke to a supervisor didn't really get anywhere dropped my car off at the allowed repair shop. From there the repair shop called me to let me know what was going on with my car however my car was towed without my knowledge and where it was going. It has been a day and I have yet to hear from the warranty company letting me know where my vehicle is what's going on with it when I'll be getting it back. I have a job that I don't even know if I can get to. I've tried calling them texting them no answer no response no nothing. Dead silence. Personally this is not professional. This is not how a business should be customers come first. Customer satisfaction should be expected. Overall experience has not been good.

      I financed a 2015 gmc terrain bought from them not even 45 days ago .they said nothing was wrong with it .within a week of having it the check engine light came the battery is no good the ac unit didn’t work .called their Lisa warranty took the car into get fixed only covered the fuel cleaning .i called Firestone to see what all was wrong with my car turns out it has electrical issues the back up camera don’t work either .i ended up having to pay out of pocket almost ****** to get the car fixed .when i called them they where like its out of our hands very unprofessional.dont go to anc motor credit to buy a car .i cant believe they treated us like that after buying and paying off two other cars though them .

I am apologetic that you had some minor issues so soon after you purchased, these are used vehicles however and can have some issues here and there.       Less than 2 weeks ago we put left ********* credit in Bedford with a 2017 jeep patriot. In that time frame the abs and traction lights came on (within week one) two days ago the car locked up and is no undrivable. This is only after the first payment! We reached out to **** warranty and had no response 3 days ago. Yesterday **** warranty got back to us and gave us a claim number and told us where to have the car seen at (a shop two streets over from our address) We where told a tow truck would be on the way soon. No such thing happened. Now on day 3 and still waiting. Ive called **** warranty with no response yet today. **** at ********* credit emailed **** warranty on our behalf yesterday as well. It's only been two weeks and our car is un drivable, our warranty seems useless and impossible to get ahold of and ********* credit will not help help since the car has a warranty with there **** warranty patterns. ********* credit in Bedford has a service garage on site and there own towing company. You would think they would offer help since it hasn't even been a full month since the car was off the lot.

      I dropped my car off at ****** next to ********* credit on tueday feb 20 2024 around 11 am they never got to it until the next day i was calling **** warranty since tuesday i only had my car 6 months and now my timing chain needs done my daughter was assulted at daycare tuesday evening i been trying to get a loner car so that i can handle everything i need to do for my child some *************** up on me today when i finally reached someone at **** warranty told me i had to wait at least 3 days for a loner car bro today is the third day tomorrow is friday and i bet i dont be able to reach anyone im trying so hard to not involve lawyers but my timing chain been messed up since i got the car i been hearing the same loud noise even the guy who sold it to me heard it now its gotten louder and im without a car because yall dont care yall got a car to do what yall need to do huh this is so not right at all every since i had the car its prob been in the shop 5xs thats sad i only had it 6 months my jeep before this car had timing chain problems and got messed up by a mecanic that im currently sueing im not accepting the car back if the same sound is heard i went through this before and wont do it again

I am happy to hear that the Lisa warranty company has gotten your vehicle into a shop and are working on processing your claim right now. Its true that used vehicles will have issues and losing our transportation can affect many aspects of our life. I am sorry to hear about what happened to your daughter, no parent should ever have to hear that their child was assaulted. If you call me today at ************ i will see what i can do to provide a rental vehicle in the meantime to help you and your family get through these difficult times. **** Warranty policy is the 3 day rule but i can take a look and try to help, call ************ and ask for Al the manager.

      We have been trying to get good service from ABC Motors since we purchased our van from them less than a year ago. We have had several issues with our vehicle that compromises the safety of ourselves and our young children. We have had a persistent engine light issue and it originally got fixed, or so we thought. Though we were told there was an inspection done, the oil pan was found to be cracked, and they gave us a loaner for the first few days when it was getting fixed. When we picked it up we still had an oil leak and no working a/c in the middle of summer. But a few months passed and we were still leaking oil so Lisa Warranty finally agreed to look at it again, only after we were nastily yelled at by ** in the office who tried to tell us that they were “doing us a favor” because the engine wasn’t covered under the warranty we have with them (which covers the parts listed in the actual contract). It went to Firestone, the new service company, and before we even drove it off the lot the engine light came back on. When we went in to ask about it, we were told we had to get another warranty approval to get it looked at again. So we drove it home and the leak stopped but now it rattles/jumps when we accelerate. Now, Lisa Warranty isn’t answering any of our calls or online requests and we’ve sent several with proof. I took the van for our oil change and the tech showed us where there’s a seal missing on the top of the engine. However, we’re still getting contacted about payments.

I am not sure what happened, either a communication error or not submitted fully, but Lisa Warranty did not recieve your requests. I see that you called in to Lisa Warranty yesterday and are setting up an apppintment with them. I will look into any issues regarding web scheduling. Regarding the other points of your complaint, please call in and speak to me and we can understand better what you are speaking about as i dont recall any covnersation i had with you in which i said i was doing you a favor.       On January 18, ****, I purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey from ********* Credit located at *******************************************. I put $2500.00 down for the vehicle and after two weeks, I was forced to make my first payment even though I only get disability and paid once a month. Although, I was not issued any paper work at the dealership or in my email. I was told that there was a warranty on certain parts and the engine was one of those parts. The nature of this dispute is to get my vehicle fixed. In addition to the engine problems of the vehicle, there is also a problem with the front end of the vehicle that causes it to shake when the speed reached 60mph. I don't know if this problem is due to front end alignment or the rods and bushings, but I am sure whatever is causing the vehicle to shake is probably not on the warranty, but I still would like for the problem to be fixed.

       ID ********, I spoke to a representative from ********* Credit from the Bedford location. He instructed me to bring my vehicle to the location today. When I arrived, no one knew why I was there and had no idea who to contact. I am not satisfied with this resolution.

      12 /28/23 ********* is very unprofessional and need to work on better business communication staff etc. This was my first car I received 2010 sebring the first problem with my car was cooling air **** warranty covered $100 I covered the rest $346 for my air to go back out again because it was a leak took my car back went out again the workers they have on E 26th are no good its nothing but ********* cars sitting down there second problem alternator I paid around $240 & battery I paid around $230 & crank shift U I paid $20 windshield wipers never worked on the car at all I had to get that fix out pocket myself $320 I communicate with my Dbs person about another car the lady told me I couldnt switch cars there's nothing that they can do but for me go to a different mechanic. The keep car completely stop working not turning over even after I jumped it. A few days a private owner took my CAR to pull a parts without me being informed I called down to ***************** ********* Police it wasnt there. A week later someone calls me to inform me that my car was there I told the lady they can tow the car from Pull parts because I no longer want anything to do with car Ive been letting her know that she says okay shell let me know when they have the car so I can drop the key off to ********* possession I had things in my car still I had to receive pull a part told me no because ********* said no till they come and get the car so after some weeks I never heard anything Pull Aparts on the westside went in the back to grab my items for me told me that ********* was keep my car and it wasnt worth nothing at all. They never sold me the car back at all . ********* let Pull Apart keep the car now they trying take me to court say I still have the car & trying *** me

      *************** to complaint #******** for *******************.  Arre purchased a 2010 Chrysler Sebring from ABC MotorCredit on 8/26/2021.  This was pursuant to a retail installment sales contract which was assigned to ************* at the time of purchase.  On 3/27/2023, ************* received a notice of impound from ************************ in *********, ****.  The impound lot wanted a total of $987.00 at that time to release the vehicle.  ************* did NOT recover the vehicle from impound due to the high cost of the release.  The account was then charged off on 4/14/2023 due to non-payment.  The last payment was received on 02/09/2023.  The outstanding principal balance as of 1/3/2024 is $10,279.78.  The account was referred to our attorney for further collection activity.  Arre can contact the attorney's office with any further questions.  The lawfirm is *********************************.  Their phone number is ************.

      I purchased this 2013 Ford Fusion from ABC Motor Credit, in May, 2023. As of today, November 30, 2023, Lisa Warranty communicated to be that I need to track down every place where I received an oil change. Subsequently, they are attempting to make me responsible for repairing my car and I did not mess my vehicle up. Urban Auto Center is stating that I have an engine problem. But how, I just bought the car this past May.

      I am responding to complaint #******** for ******* ************.  ******* purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from ABC MotorCredit in Bedford on May 2, 2023.  ******* also purchased a 24 month, 24,000 mile service contract, a copy of which is attached to this response.  As of 11/29/2023, ******* has his vehicle at an approved repair facility and they are advising that the vehicle needs engine work.  Per the required maintenance section of the service contract, ******* needed to do an oil change every 3 months or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first, and must be able to verify that the regular maintenance and oil changes have been performed.  As of 11/29,2023, ******* has put 13,088 miles on the vehicle since purchase.  Without the proof of the oil changes and maintenance being completed, Lisa Warranty will not be able to approve the repair claim.  ******* can contact ****** with Lisa Warranty at ************ with any further questions.

      I purchased a vehicle from ********* credit and since the day I drove it off the lot, I've had one problem after another and they basically said ***** to be you and wouldn't help with any of the issues! I'm now sitting in the side of the road with my 8 month pregnant wife and the car just started flashing interior lights then died. I'm tired of the run around and lack of assistance. I can't afford to keep making repairs! They sold me a lemon!!! I have 5 years of payments and have had it in the shop more than I've been able to drive it!

      *************** to complaint #******** for **********************************  ********* purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox from ABC MotorCredit on May 4, 2023.  The retail installment contract was assigned to ************* at the time of purchase.  ********* also purchased a 24 month, ****** mile service contract with the Lisa Warranty Company.  We show that the last time ********* contacted the Lisa Warranty Company was on May 8, 2023.  If ********* is experiencing issues with the vehicle, we encourage him to contact the Lisa Warranty Company at ************ to get assistance with repairs.  We will not be able to refund any money paid to ABC MotorCredit or *************.

      I purchased a vehicle through ABC Motor Credit around March/April of 2023, with over a 20% interest rate. I was desperate for a car so I had no choice. I am now looking to refinance through my local bank and it's not against their contract, but ** is refusing to provide me anything in writing (per bank request/requirements to process the application) that has the 10 day payoff amount, interest rate and payoff instructions, as well as per diem. He said they don't do per diem- ok, fine. Why is he refusing to provide me, in writing-on company letterhead- the other information I'm requesting??? He stated the only thing he can do is provide it to me verbally over the phone.
