In the summer of 2020 we had ************************ Construction replace our garage floor and install a center drain. Since my first phone call/text he was hard to get ahold of. Taking days to return either of them. Fast forward to the winter 2020-2021. I parked my car in the garage and when the snow melted it didnt drain towards the drain. It puddled and actually was heading toward the inside wall. I took pics and sent them to **** There was no slope at all to the floor. He came out and agreed the floor was level and need fixed/replaced. The drain as well wasn't installed correctly. We decided to have him replace the floor in the summer. He asked for 2weeks notice. We gave him over 2 months notice. He gave me "his word" it would get fixed at no cost and would get us a POD to store our things. That week came and went. I tried to call/text many times with no response. He is the most unprofessional person I ever dealt with. We would like it fixed or our money back. He needs accountable for this
