We had a freak accident and a car demolished our front porch. I called about 15 general contractors and home builders in the Cleveland area. Only two returned my call and they were less than helpful. Not only did Michael answer my call right away but he was pleasant, friendly and willing to help. Michael and his team were timely, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Michael's on time is twenty minutes early. His contract is thorough with no hidden verbiage. He discussed every decision with me and honored my input. Most importantly he was kind and honest. Michael and Sam cleaned up every day. Michael helped me design a safe bathroom for my Mom and kept it beautiful. I recommend Golden Touch Construction to anyone!Review from Erik T

I needed a contractor to do some work at my parents’ home and after calling several contractors, chose Golden Touch Construction because I found Michael to be very friendly, responsive, professional, and informative. He gave me a range of choices to select from and explained the differences between various materials and methods. He did quality work that my parents were very pleased with. I would recommend Golden Touch Construction for all work around my house. We called Mike to work on our deck because it was falling apart. Mike worked with us every step of the way. There is so much to say about Michael and his company. He’s basically turned our house into my dream home. He does most of the work himself. He’s worked in the master bathroom and bedroom, kitchen, dining room and our office. Currently he is working on our living room and about to finish up. It all started when we asked for a bid to replace our fence and to hook it into our covered patio where he replaced the floor with Trex. Michael is so proactive and patient. He’s always willing to entertain my “extra” ideas and implement them. We have been calling Michael for projects since that first one and he’ll always be our first call for any new projects. Highly recommend Golden Touch Construction. Mike did excellent work framing and re-screening my patio. Each window was a different size and he took the time and detailed each window. He offered suggestions and was very professional. I plan on using them again soon.
