Residential move was scheduled for 4/22. Move from Ohio to Arkansas . The truck that was used was too small and all our items could not fit . United Van lines had another crew come and pick up the remaining items. I was told my items were stored in Kansas City It is now 5/11 and we still don't have all out items and we PAID IN FULL $8,300.00 We were given three "scheduled" dates and the latest tis now 5/17. Almost a month after we moved. I offered too talk to United Management and I also offered to go to Kansas City and pick up my items myself. All I am getting is broken promises. I would never recommend this company.Business response

Hello. We understand *** ****** frustration. In the moving industry, this is a situation that happens on occasion. In this case, there was too much material at origin and an additional container was needed to complete the move. With the current nationwide driver shortage and other market constraints, *** ****** container was delayed at our relay location. It is currently in his local area and in preparation for delivery. We are sympathetic to the situation and are working diligently to resolve it.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: If I was told it would be almost a month to get my remaining items I would have made other arrangements. I offered to go to the local relay station and pick up my items myself. Tis request was just ignored.
The company had no problem taking my payment in full ( up front) without services being completed.
At a minimum I should be offered compensations for my troubles.
