      I contacted **** from A&E home services to come to handle a roof leak as our roof was under warranty. There was something that was not sealed properly and they fixed that. In the process of fixing, I asked the man if he would like to come inside to view the damages done he said no. I noticed when he left my gutter was damaged on the side he went up to the roof on. My self and my husband called **** multiple times he kept saying he would get back with us. At this point I called my insurance agent and he called **** multiple times. **** at this point cussed me and my agent out. Told us he will not fix any damages caused and stopped responding to us. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been through. I work in customer service and this was not very good customer service. **** should not be running a company speaking to anyone in the manner he spoke to me and my agent.

      I was contacted Jan 2022 about a leak at **** * ********** ** by ***** *****, I sent someone out To repair the issue within a couple days of contact at that time the technician informed me a couple of cap shingles had blown off & he had replaced them. A few days later I was contacted by someone Else claiming to be the owner/ Insurance agent of the home asking me if I could repair a small spot in the bathroom caused by the leak & if not it was no big deal. March of 2022 I was contacted again by so called owner/ Insurance agent about repairs in the bathroom & was sent pictures, I was on vacation & told him I would contact him as I returned, in the mean time I was again contacted by ***** ***** about repairs in the bathroom & explained to her that I had spoke to the home owner/ Insurance agent about it a couple days ago. I then contacted the Homeowner / Insurance agent and ask him to not have his tenant contact me, that we had already discussed the issue & a plan was in place. At that point the conversation got heated and at that time homeowner/ agent informed me he was going to kick my *** & ruin my business. I then again was contacted by ***** ***** who then informed me that the homeowner/ insurance agent was her brother & half owner of the property, at that time I explained to her that I was not responsible for any inside damage & was trying to be nice & resolve the issue, but was not interested in coming in to fix anything now after being threatened. I installed the roof in May of 2018 for a investment company & have never met the current occupants or owners. At this point I feel the issue is resolved on my end. Please let me know what my next step is

      I am rejecting this response because: my gutter was damaged during the roof fixing. I am requesting the damage from the employee going on the roof to fix the problem caused my gutter to flip. The damages inside the home have been fixed but my request is for them to come fix the gutter damages that was caused by their employee going on the roof to patch it up!

      I spoke with my technician who not only installed the roof, but also went back to do the repair, he informed me that, he entered the roof from the porch, because he did not have a tall enough ladder to approach the 2nd story of the roof with him, he also informed me that Mrs ***** watched him go on the roof & this damage was not caused by him or his ladder. He suggest that Mrs ***** not only get her gutters replaced, but also the fascia boards that are rotten behind the gutter, which is the cause of the gutter falling off. At this point I feel A&E Home Services has done everything to resolve the issue
