I signed a contract for pictures to be provided to me once they were paid. She decided to remove me from the project and provide the pictures to someone else without notifying me. I have yet to receive the pictures and they were provided to someone else. She has been paid and I still ***'t have my pictures. She sent them to someone else who did not sign the contract. I signed the contract therefore the pictures should have been sent to me per the contract. Paid on 11/14/2023 She is now threatening to seek legal counsel even though there is a contract in place. Nowhere in the contract does it say she can remove me and send the pictures to someone else. I am unable to view or access the contract because she removed me from the project. She has it in her records. And I have the email Showing the contract was signed and completedBusiness response

***** *********** booked a newborn session with Mary Christine Photography in which the digital images were purchased separately. See attached contract.
***** has a copy of the contract, I only separated her communication from her estranged partner due to the conflict between them. She has her own communication work space with the contract in the files. She was notified of this.
*** ****** (her estranged partner) paid for the collection that includes the digital images. (See attached) This is no different that a grandparent purchasing from me, I send the images to the person that purchases them. He has not received the final images yet because the final payment was made today and I still need to edit the photos.
I have asked both ***** and *** multiple times to resolve this issue among themselves and said that I would have to seek legal counsel on how to proceed with the digital images if they were unable to resolve this themselves so that I could be sure to proceed the legally correct way. I have not threatened to take them to court and have no intention of doing so.
I have not received any payments towards the digital images from ***** ***********. She is welcome to purchase them from me or work out an arrangement with *** *****.
This matter is a conflict between ***** *********** and *** ******. I do not wish to be involved in their dispute and hope that they can reach an amicable agreement.
Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
i signed the contract, not ****** Therefore, the pictures should be provided to the person who signed the contract, not someone separate. They have no entitlement to the pictures. It shouldn't matter where the payment came from. There was zero communication that i would not be provided the pictures she simply just removed me from receiving them without saying a word. I am not paying her again to receive the pictures that were already paid for on a contract that I signed! I expect the file to be shared with me
