      I (**** ***** ******) am filing a complaint against tracir financial .

      tracir financial provided me with a loan to purchase a 2007 Toyota Highlander

      While I was in the middle of paying off the loan, I hit a deer and had to get it fixed at the body shop (the same body shop that the car is still at TODAY.

      The thing is the car is fixed and has been fixed for a month now. The same time the car was fixed was the same time I gave tracir financial the following three pieces of information.

      .tracir financial was given these

      The Check I gave them for the total amount I owed them on the Vehicle.

      The check I got from my insurance to fix the vehicle

      The Final cost of repair from the shop I took the car to. (I talked to the shop owner and he had sent all that information through an email to tracir financial)

      I have tried to call tracir financial and they won't pick up the phone, meaning we can't move forward to get my car back. IF I DONT GET MY CAR BACK SOON, SMITTYS BODY SHOP IN JOHNSTOWN OHIO COULD HAVE IT SENT AWAY AND I WOULD BE THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS GOING TO PAY TO GET IT BACK

      SECOND ISSUE I had also sent another check for the amount of $2000 to pay in total the rest of my debt I owed to tracir financial for the 2007 Toyota Highlander. I have not been able to contact tracir financial to finalize the purchase of my 2007 Toyota Highlander. And when I mean finalize I will see the Title and receipts of my purchase in my hand.

      By all means I have put effort into contacting tracir financial so I can make a solution to the problem. If there is a problem ! ! ! There should not be. I have given them everything they told me they needed to move forward and they are dragging their feet, I have not heard a word from them.

      I am concerned about what motivated this complaint since most of what you state in your complaint is untrue. We have had minimal contact with you and we have everything we need to resolve this issue except the insurance check you state you provided us. You provided us a copy of the insurance check, not the actual check. We have tried to contact you multiple times but your phone is not accepting calls. Also, we need to address you stating you paid loan off at your earliest convenience as this is not factual. I conducted a comprehensive call analysis and concluded no missed calls from your number. Please contact my office soonest so this may be resolved. Our contact number is ************ or ************. Thanks in advance for your immediate attention to this matter.

      I received a notice from the company stating my car insurance did not have them listed as lienholder. I went to insurance to try to rectify - the only solution that was an option was to cancel entire insurance policy and start over. I did such and got a new policy with different insurance company. Contacts Tracir to confirm they received the info but was still charged a $50 fee despite my efforts. I’ve never been late paying and the agent I spoke with on 6/13/22 to try to resolve to get $50 fee waived in good faith since insurance had been updated and he was extremely rude. Still awaiting a call back from a manager there. They appear to be a predatory lender and provides terrible customer service.

      Ms. *******  please provide us with proof you had full coverage insurance, proper deductibles and had Tracir Financial Services listed as the lienholder and we will reverse the $50 CPI fee. Please also refer to your contract dated 11/12/21 which addresses insurance requirements. You can fax the information to 614-856-3753. Thanks, Andrew
