- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Zuckerman’s Pest Management will work with you to determine
when a refund is due and in what amount based on services provided and contract status. All
refund requests must be made in writing and the response to the request for refunds will also
be made in writing. All refunds shall be mailed to Zuckerman’s Pest Management Corporate
Billing, 572 E. Broad St. #305, Pataskala OH 43062. Be aware any refunds may void any warranty
or guarantees made on the property by Zuckerman’s Pest Management. All refunds will be by
check, or credit card refund, within 10-15 business days after a written request from the
customer has been made and approved by management. Be aware Zuckerman’s Pest
Management will charge a 4% fee if a credit card was used for the purchase. We do not accept
credit card reversals or chargebacks as part of our refund policy. Full year programs paid up
front are considered serviced and paid in full after our initial treatment and not subject to full or
