      Description: I purchased a home from Rona homes in 2019. Rona installed the incorrect coil for the AC unit in my house. I used a repair company to fix the unit. The company i used does alot of work for Rona as well. The coil that was installed, was determined to be the incorrect coil for the type of unit that we have. The coil of course was defective. So i paid to have it replaced with the correct coil.I contacted Rona twice last week,which i was told that the coil was no lnoger under warranty. Also i talked to them in-person on monday 7-26-21 with no luck. How can i be responsible for a part that was installed incorrectly? Also it was the wrong part to begin with.

      Rona reimbursed customer. I had a good conversation with him. He seemed happy and picked up his check at our office.

      We purchased a brand new home from Rona on August 2020. Was to be done by end of November and we were to be in in Jan2021. We had trees removed as determined. Delay in delivering house due to COVID issues. Rick, site manager, asked septic men to do well work. They did not have experience to do this however, Rick pressed them. Well line was ripped up and underground fence was torn up as well. These were on my sisters property. Dog fence therefore was not working and well was running while sister was not notified to turn it off. Rick responded by offering me a deal to pay a well guy half the cost to fix it and they pay half. Remember this is there fault that this was all torn up. I refused and said it needed fixed ASAP for my sister now no longer had water and her dogs had no fence. He had same guys back out to fix it. They even had to replace new line to my new house. After house was set and we were allowed to go in the nightmares began. Marriage line repaired 3 times due to poor work.

      I am out of the office until next week however I am aware that *****'s home concerns have been now escalated to the Factory and it is my understanding that the factory will address her issues directly. I will follow up on this the middle of next week when I am back in the office and give ***** an update phone call.

      7.23.2021, BBB received a phone call from consumer stating she has not heard from Rona Homes or the factory since filing her complaint with BBB.

      Lines underground were not marked and water line did not follow a logical path. Absolutely NOT Rona's fault.
      After factory performs repairs Rona will assess where we are. Rona has done an excellent job excalating your service to Factory direct in a still challenging COVID COVID environment. Again, after factory service Rona will reassess with ***** and hopefully we will be In a better place.

      I spoke to you today about the problem I am having with Rona Homes and trying to get the title to my manufactured home. The *************** got in touch with me about registering my home due to taxes. I have contacted **** at Rona 3 times and made numerous calls. I have signed poa two times of which they have lost both. I requested the third one over two weeks ago with **** saying she was sending out that day. I have made several calls there since because I have never received the paper yet. They will not return calls. I have left a message with **** as well. I received a letter from the *************** requesting title and serial number. They informed that I can be fined ****** because I had not registered my home. I explained to them that I can not get Rona Homes to get it to me. My home is paid in full!!!! Thank you, *****************************

      POA issue... Office manager told me ********************** signed POA this week.  we should have title Monday.  We will mail it to her Monday or she can feel free to pick it up.
