The management group is in charge of the townhomes that I currently live in. Normally when there is an issue and you need to deal with the HOA you would contact this group and they should resolve your issue. I have contacted everyone on the board multiple times with no response. phone and email. I have an active water leak that I believe is coming from the outside of my home and the HOA covers the exterior building. I have reached out so that I could get this addressed and have received no communications at all. This is a terrible HOA group.Business response

Unfortunately *** ********** email, "**********************" <***************************>, was going to my spam folder. I checked our phone log system and do not see any phone messages from *** ********* With that being said, I just spoke to *** ******** at 2:20 today and am meeting him at his home at 5:15 today.
