Consumer states he contacted the business for an air conditioning tune up. Someone came out and said everything was fine he just needed to add freon. Consumer was charged $175.00 for the visit. About a week later the consumer was having issues with the unit again. They sent someone else out who was there for 45 minutes but didn't really do anything. He stated he put in 2 lbs of freon but the unit was never taken apart so the consumer is not sure that was done. He says he saw the contractor sitting in a lounge chair in the basement. The consumer states the contractor left around 4pm but stayed sitting in front of the consumer garage for about an hour. The consumer received another bill for $438.00 for the second visit. The consumer called the office about the bill and was not able to get a word in so he hung up.Business response

Called ***** and talked over his service call. Made concession on the labor portion and will adjust as requested. He is fine with this adjustment and will pay our invoice.
