  Back in 2014 Szarka Financial setup an IRA mutual fund with Pacific Funds using a pension payout from my former job at Jones Day. I recently wanted to move an old 401k from my former job at Macys Tech to the IRA that Szarka (******* ******) setup but I have a few questions concerning the IRA account since it's split between a Class A and Class C accounts, I need to find out where to place the 401k funds between the 2 accounts. I have tried MULTIPLE time to reach out to Szarka, especially Charles Conrad who opened the IRA account and he has not returned one call or message. I have left voicemails, I have sent communications on the Szarka website, I have left messages with Charles' assistant ****** to contact me and I have not heard back from him. The last time I spoke with Marisa was on 03/01/22 to have Charles call me and I have not heard from him. This issue is time sensitive considering what's going on in the world and this is affecting my finances because I can't get any answers or help from the person who opened the IRA account.
