I am writing this letter regarding a refund that I have not received from Premier Floorz for carpeting in 2 rooms, a bedroom and a family room that never materialized. Originally, I received a flyer in the mail from Premier Floorz. On Wednesday afternoon November 1, 2023 Mr. Kevin P******* (1st salesman) and Mr. Dawson P******* (2nd salesman) of Premier Floorz (a shop at home store) entered my home with carpet samples, hardwood floor samples & handing out their business cards to both my sister and I. They appeared to be a reputable family owned company. After the sales pitch Kevin stated that he would phone me the next day with an install date. But after Kevin & Dawson left I had changed my mind. I no longer wanted the carpet. Before leaving a contract was signed November 1, 2023. The next morning, November 2, 2023 around 8:00am I left a voice message with Kevin canceling the contract. Kevin returned my phone call by noon on November 2, the same day. Kevin ask why was I canceling and was it because of the BBB reviews? My answer was no because I was willing to give Premier Floorz the opportunity to carpet my home regardless since Premier Floorz had been in business over 30 years. I believed it was possible to have some negative reviews if a business had been around that long. The contract was canceled between Kevin of Premier Floorz and myself over the phone. Kevin assured me that the 3 disputes at that time had been resolved. Since my last conversation with Kevin I have had no communication with him. I left several phone messages, text messages and an email following up on my refund. No response. As of January 30, 2024. I am still waiting on my refund. *** * 

8/10/23 The contractor installed my carpet did a bad install, I paid $4,000 to have my bedroom ,steps and living room done ; I noticed my steps had uneven padding I called the company they had someone come out to look and it was discovered the installer never removed the old padding, they replaced the old padding with new, after the person verified that the old padding wasn't removed No one from the company ever called me to apologize I'm not sure if any other spots wasn't removed, all the money I paid someone should've contact me and offered something, bad business I will never deal with them again.

Where to begin...we can't seem to get our flooring fixed, we spent 5 figures to have our whole home replaced. This was in fall of 2022...lack of responsibility by Dawson to nail down a date to have this poor installation fixed...we're talking master bedroom carpet ripped and hidden by kick stretch...flooring in kitchen, family room and all step backs done incorrectly and not snapped in properly and now breaking and sliding...we have been trying to get everything fixed since April of 2023 when we noticed the first issue with the flooring downstairs...then the manufacturer inspections started and it wasn't a supply issue it was incorrect installation issues...still waiting on multiple calls after we were told we could finally have it fixed in January of 2024...we need a date and response, feeling like we're being put off again just like this past year. Do not use this company.

Premier Floorz is a very reputable company ...the sales rep came out and brought all the samples to our home...we picked out the colors with their help. We absolutely love the work they did! They did such a nice job that we sent our friends to them and they love them too! The installers showed up on time ...worked very hard ...moved all our furniture and put it back in place when they were done! Again I can't say enough good things about them!! Thanks again for the great work!!

premier floorz is not a reputable company our sales rep gave us nothing but disatisfaction she sold us flooring and carpet for a stairs she sent out a guy who had 2 younger guys with him to do the job it took a month to get our floorz done did not finish the trim they got their money so they did not care very dissatisfied bad work all around would never ever recomend this company to anyone

We recently had Premier Floorz install a high grade waterproof vinyl floor in our condo. The crew that came to our home (headed by Michael) spent 3 days installing the flooring and did a beautiful and very professional job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company and this particular crew.
