      I cancelled my membership in person in May or June 2021, I noticed I was still being billed in Sept of 2021 and contacted corporate they advised me for a refund I needed to contact the local office which I did again. I have the email from corporate in reference to this also. I noticed again they were billing me in November. I went into the local office again to advise what was going on and to inquire about a refund for the charges after September for which I had proof I cancelled and had contacted corporate. I did not request a refund for the charges prior to this because I was not sure of the exact date of cancellation. I spoke to the manager who asked me to email him proof that I emailed the corporate office which I did send to him. He acknowledged receipt and asked me a few questions and told me he would contact accounting for a refund. This was in November. I have have emailed him multiple times since then and he has not responded to any of my emails nor has anyone else. I have not received a credit and now I am being ignored.

      We reached out to the member via email and let her know that we will be  refunding dues withdrawn that happened after the date she attempted to cancel. We also let her know that her past due balance will remain on the account and will need to be paid if she decided to rejoin.

      I apologize for my delayed response, I sent my original answer to an incorrect email address and did not realize it until I got this message.

      The general manager did reach out to me and resolved the issue immediately. He was professional, understanding and unaware the issue had not been previously resolved. He went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were addressed and I was more than satisfied with the resolution. Please update the complaint to reflect accordingly.
