The car salesman Brad ****** sold my mom a car for $3000.00 in December, 2 months ago, and also took her old car. She never received the car or the money that he was supposed to pay her for her old car. My mom lives on a fixed income and now she has no car and he's giving us a terribly difficult time on getting her money back! My mom’s car that was taken was a 2006 ******* *******. She paid the guy at the car lot $3000.00 in cash. my mom knows that I'm doing this on her behalf.  Her name is ****** ******* ************* *** ************* ****

      To whom it may concern,

This car deal was made with ****** ******* and her daughter ****** . They signed her old car title over to me and told me to come get it because she did not want to drive anymore. Mrs. ******* picked out a different car to purchase and i explained it needed the recalls done and lots of work. If you notice the bill of sale is not signed and the reason for that is because the deal was not finalized because the work needed to be done to the vehicle before it could get purchased. The recalls could not be completed because of the class action lawsuit going on with the manufacture and the vehicle is getting bought back by the *** company. Mrs. ******* and her daughter ****** have had a meeting with me on 3/1/2024 and we also have seen the local police to set up arrangements for payment of both cars. ***** ****** has no business in this matter and does not live in this state. The police has already spoke with her and said for **** ****** and ****** ******* to come to a agreement between just them two and we have so i do appreciate if you take this complaint down because it is unjust. Please feel free to call me with any other questions.  ************.

      Thank you.

4/2/22 I went to Car lot to purchase a vehicle. I only Dealt with Tony and Dan, somehow another employee there by the name of Brandy Who I never even dealth with, called my ex boyfriends ex wife ****** and told her personal information that I was there on that date, bought a car, what car I bought, how much I paid. That she had my paperwork, I am worried my other personal information was given out which she had access too, Name, Social Security Number, Drivers license number. I had spoke with the owner hoping for some resolution and to make him aware of the situation, He was completely rude and his only solution was to bring the car back. The issue is not with the car or purchase, Returning the car will not solve the outcome of my information being given out as it has already occurred and returning the car does not fix the problem. I paid for the car, I am keeping the car the issue is my privacy and personal information being told from an employee of the business. I have video proof of Amanda saying Brandy told her the information. I can submit that if needed
