We hired Middlefield Glass to install a series of mirrors and shower door glass for us. Firstly, the merchant never installed one mirror for us and came up with various excuses as to why this did not happen. The value of this mirror was $1700 and the merchant refused to refund even though they admit it was never installed. There was another mirror in our master closet which was worth $1850, which was incorrectly installed due to their error. Merchant has made no attempt to either fix or refund as requested although they again admit to fault. Additionally, our shower glass enclosure for a steam shower was incorrectly installed and so it leaks water out onto the floor during the shower. The cost of this was $1986. This is likely an easier fix that silicone would solve but again the merchant has been completely not responsive to help. We, nor should any customer, be forced to pay for services that were never rendered or incorrectly rendered.
