Poor service. Takes days/weeks for call back if they ever do. This is medical equipment for the disabled and they could careless. If given a choice I would never use them. Rude customer service peopleReview from Jo L

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are careless and do not respect their clients. They send faulty equipment out that will cause you to get bed sores because the bed is too hard or it will sink in or that air mattress will not function correctly. One of their vans ran through a red light without stopping at a right turn. The van pulled out right in front of me and blocked my lane. I slammed on my brakes and honked. The driver rolled down the window and extended a single finger for several hundred yards. This was all recorded on my dash cam.

Am I commenting on the wrong company? How many "Stateline Medical Equipment" companies exist in Ohio? The Ohio Secretary of State only shows one registered business.Review from Diane B

I want to apologize for the poor review I gave this company recently. I am glad to see that the company responded and was concerned about how I felt. That is a big plus! Since I wrote that review on 8/31, I realized I was the one that was wrong. I DID receive the rollator or walker with a seat April of 2020. I am sorry that I forgot that I had it. I had a lot of stressful issues going on last year, although that shouldn't be an excuse to be so negative on my part. As far as the company of Stateline Medical Equipment, they didn't do anything wrong except sending the bill for the co-pay a year and a half later. Now that is something I shouldn't be upset about, and should be glad the bill came so late. So my poor review is revised and I certainly don't want it to affect the company negatively. Thank you for reading and I will be sending a note of apology to the company also.Review from Deanna W
