Highly recommend Dunn Well Construction! Jim and Carolynn are great to work with and do an excellent job of communicating the status and expectations for the job. They did a full bathroom remodel which included a complete tear-out (remove existing shower, tile, tub, vanities, etc.) and rebuild. We couldn't be happier with the end result!

Just finished a major construction project adding a 24' x 28' attached garage to our existing house by Dunn Well Construction. From the bid process through completion they were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and have great attention to detail. They always had our best interests in mind and were always able to make last minute modifications with no problems. I will be looking to them for a couple other projects in the future. In August of 2020 I started accepting bids for a project in my historic Dayton home. The project was large and had the potential of becoming larger. I chose Dunn Well Construction for a number of reasons. Price certainly played a role but they had come to me highly recommended by a friend through which I was able to see some of their work before I made contact. This was a choice I am happy to say was the correct one. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all manner of home remodeling, also making great suggestions regarding color, material and fixtures. As the work progressed I continued to find new challenges for him to meet and obstacles to overcome. He never disappointed me. Both Jim and Carolynn were personable and worked well as a team to complete the work to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Dunn Well to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. Absolutely a five star result. Thanks again to Dunn Well Construction.Dunn Well Construction Response
