The team at Medina Exteriors first replaced a golf cart door in our lower level and we were very impressed by the workmanship and installation team. We then contracted them to remodel our kitchen with new cabinetry and countertop. We continued the new flooring throughout the main living area with painting, as well. Their work was impeccable and their team could not have been kinder or more accommodating. From our first visit at their showroom to the final walk through, ****** ****** and their entire team were a true pleasure. The group of young men working in our home paid close attention to every detail and went above & beyond in their efforts. We would recommend them without hesitation (in fact, we have) and will call on them for any future work we decide to have done. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give them.

I had the pleasure of working with ***** and Medina Exteriors for my old home about 20 years ago. He did a great job replacing all my windows. A couple of weeks ago I called this company again to get information on remodeling my two bathrooms. I understood that they starting doing interior remodeling a few years ago. ***** and his daughter came out to my home to discuss this project. He gave us a rough estimate of the price. We agreed to move forward and we gave him a deposit to start working on designing my bathrooms. His daughter has taken over this part of the business. I had done some work on my own to find exactly what I wanted for my dream bathrooms. We had an appointment to go to the showroom to see what they had available. They were told I wanted black plumbing fixtures. They had none to show us in their showroom. Their tile selection was poor. I brought in pictures of the plumbing I found online & a bathtub that we liked. I also brought in a picture of tile that we liked. The fact that I had to find everything for my bathrooms is ridiculous.... They charged me $213 for designing & I did all the work. ***** called me and said if I could find my plumbing online that I should go ahead and order it. It needed to be inspected within 48 hours of me getting it. ***** came out and approved the plumbing. When his daughter and the rest of the team came out to finalize things, his daughter walked in my home with a chip on her shoulder.... she said I heard your getting all the materials yourself.... We didn't even have measurements!!! So that was impossible for me to do. There was NO COMMUNICATION between her and her dad on this. The rest of the team got all the measurements and information that they needed. We agreed on all the other materials that would be used. We had to set up another appointment to do our final contract and payment. There was no confirmation of this appointment. I called and drove to the showroom just to find the door locked. This job was canceled

***** - I am sorry you feel this way. Your account is completely untrue. We have emails and documnetation on the excellant communication that our team and I provided you. You knew all along the process, that we were a design build firm, yet you insisted on buying the material yourself. At that point we were open and honest and said that is not our business model and that we were not your contractor. You forgot that you were coming to our office to sign and ****** onfirmed with you. Our selections are absolutely incredible in our showroom and over 500 clients have made the most beautiful selections from it with impeccable results (Seleiton wise and stellar documented communication). You forgot to mention in your review we refunded every single penny you retainered us for even though it is non-refundable. I pray and hope you find a carpenter to meet your needs. Good Luck.

My account is completely true & I also have documentation! I didnt forget anything.. no call to confirm & no communication as to where the appointment would take place. You still had no black plumbing in your showroom knowing thats what I was interested in it. I guess it was my dream bathrooms from your showroom not really what my dream was actually was! Doesnt excuse your daughter being so rude. Of course you werent here to see her temper tantrum!!! No apology either. And then locking us out when you knew we were on our way.REALLY ??
