              We bought a precertified Rogue w 40k miles. The day we drove off the lot the car was overheating, AC was going out, the car was shaking, and stalling. Brought it back in. They did NOT properly diagnose. Recharged the AC and cleared engine light …said it was fixed. Kept having the problem and often had to put coolant in the car on the side of the street when it would stall. Took it somewhere else but they couldn’t find the issue. No problems in the winter (overheating isn’t an issue). Summer came… same problems but worse (heavy smoking). We have to put coolant in every time we drive. It’s a head gasket issue. Needs a new engine. They did something and said it was fixed again. It wasnt. Tried to trade the car back in but now I have -$6k equity (from this problem + miles). I feel that I was 100% scammed. Mike & Brent in service realized this was wrong and tried to help. Their superior wouldn’t talk to us - refused to help. Talked to CA, they’ll only cover half. Need a call from owner.
