I bought a nice furnace and central air unit from them had them install it I was very pleased. I still have them maintenance it every year I bought another house also and will be using this company again. Very skilled labor and the staff is very professional and polite I highly recommend this company.

This company was very professional, knowledgeable and handled my issue with care and concern. From my first initial contact with Jennifer to the technicians (Tom & Eric)who installed my system, every step was explained and done with the customer’s needs in mind. I chose this company to install my system because they went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company for all your your heating/air needs.

Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and repaired quickly. Called at 8:00 am as we had no heat, arrived by 9:30.

Fry installed a new air conditioner for approximately $4500. There was a register in the furnace which has been there since 1949. It gave off just enough heat to keep the water pipes from freezing on an outside wall. They decided without telling me to remove the register and also did not tell me after they were done either. When I discovered what they had done, I called and complained, they said it was "against code" so they had to remove it. Now I have an unheated garage which probably means frozen water pipes this winter. They should have told me so I could have refused installing the air conditioner. They put an additional hot water pipe into the furnace from hot water tank which I do not understand at all why you would do such a thing. Therefore i can not pop the register back and they took the register. Now since the garage is unheated I have no idea how cold it really will get when outside temperature is freezing. They should have been honest and not just change the garage to a unheated one behind my back. They had to have know before they even installed it but they kept quiet. I do not trust them at all now. They wanted the money. I do not recommend this company at all. In the past, this company tried to work with me when they installed a new furnace three years ago. But now the current person ruined the garage and I have to try to figure out how to keep the water pipes from freezing in the winter. One feels so betrayed that a service person would just come into your home and make such an important decision without discussing it before hand.
