      Waiken Kia is the WORST place to get any service work performed. There customer service is worthless as **** on a boar hog and Absoulty NO Communication. We took our car there for a warranty motor replacement with a code and a severe engine knock. I work at a dealership so I was able to find the issue as well as let them know what the code was in the vehicle and told them it would need a new motor per this bulletin repair. they said we could get to the vehicle in about 3 weeks as far as checking it over and ,making sure it fallowed the guide lines for the engine replacement. I said fine were were going on vac anyways. we droped vehicle off June 21 2121. we never heard from the dealership during those 3 weeks. we called and left several messages and they said someone would get back to us. After serveral more attempts to find out what was going on with our vehicle we stoped in. they said we were farther back than what they had told us. Mind u it has now been 3 months at this point. we never got a rental till they looked at the vehicle so we were out of a vehicle this whole time. so long story short we never got a rental till October and at this point they said were the 2nd car in line to get fixed. So here it is now December 10 and they txt me saying vehicle was done and we need to come get the car tonight and they were canceling the rental as of 530 that night the 10th. if it wasent back by then we would have to pay for another day. We had to both leave work eairly cause its an Hr drive up there. They then proceded to tell us that the battery was bad but it wasent bad when we took it up there. My brakes pulsate and brake lines and fuel lines are now all rusty from sitting for 6 months which was Uncalled for. **** I could have just bought a new motor from kia and installed it myself in 1 day. We now have to install a new battery and all new brakes and brake lines cause they let the vehicle sit for 6 months but they said all that isnt there fault. I would NEVER Recomenned anyone ever going there casue there very Worthless and lack of Communication skills along with haveing slow and ****** technicians. I had to go back over all the work they did and retighten some of the bolts correctly and add an oil change sticker and clean off the exterior of the vehicle casue there was oil let all over the front. I would never recomenned talking to a Ryan guy he is the biggest ******* and has No communication skills of any kind. We now have a Kia for sale casue i dont trust there work. I wont even let the wife and kids ride in this vehicle ever again. I scare myself every time I drive it to work praying I make it. Good luck to anyone who does go there

      Trying to purchase a vehicle from them. I live in *******, so I sent my parents in to talk to the sales manager. The sales manager told my parents that he didn't want to sell them a vehicle for the price that was quoted. Nothing but a bait and switch place.

      Their service department has the worst customer service. I dropped my vehicle off June 24. I received a phone call giving me a quote and telling me what needed to be done. Today is July 7 and I still do not have my vehicle back. I have received no updates. I have called and left numerous messages, they will not call back. Most service departments will call you with updates, not Waikem Kia. I will never go back nor would I ever recommend them.
