On December 23rd I spoke to a ***** *rom Waikem Kia regarding cancelling my service agreement on a vehicle I purchased from this dealership in 2020. I traded this vehicle in for a different vehicle and was advised by the new dealership that I would be entitled to a partial refund, all I needed to do was reach out. I spoke to *****, emailed her the supporting document she needed on December 23,2021. I then emailed her twice after asking for a follow because I had yet had a response or received my refund. (January 20th and 25th). I called today, January 27th and was sent to someone else’s voicemail which I have yet to receive a callback. I would like my refund asap. This is not Waikems money to keep and I’m tired of chasing someone to return my call.Business response
