On 8/19/2022 I paid $175 through online registration for Fall Basketball league through invoice number ***30. It shows the registration is for : Wolves Teams->2022->Fall->Boys 5th Grade. Over last 10 days, I have called ###-###-#### and left four voicemails for Carlos D and never got a call back. Last three days, everyday I go to the facility to get hold of someone but it is locked and no one is there. Also, no reply to my email to ****@courts4sports.com. This is a complete fraud and it is not a legitimate business.Initial Complaint

I paid this facility $140 on 6/7/22 for a volleyball camp that was to take place on 7/11-7/14/22. After my daughter arrived to the facility on the first day of camp, she was told that it was cancelled. I received no notification that the camp was cancelled, and the facility confirmed that there was a "miscommunication" about the late cancellation. On that day I spoke with an employee named Heather and verbally requested a refund. I also emailed Heather, along with several other emails, requesting a refund in writing. On Monday, 7/18/22, I spoke with an employee named Sean who verbalized he would personally handle the refund that day. On Friday, 7/22/22, the refund had not been processed. I have been sending several emails and leaving several voicemails since with no response. This facility has reviews online stating others have had difficulty with receiving refunds from them as well. I am requesting to be refunded $140 for services not received at no fault of my own. There has been no response from anyone at the facility since 7/18/22 to any of my voicemails or emails.Business response

One July 3, 2021, I paid $225 dollars for my daughter ****** ******* to play on a girls summer basketball league. The girls league never formed. We received an email letting us know this. We did receive one refund for our other daughter ******, but never for ******, even though Kevin, who handles the financials promised to pay our refund and has yet to do so. I have provided supporting documents to show non payment to date from the entity. Please let me know what steps we take from here to be refunded our money and resolve this issue. I paid for group training sessions with Carlos for my son. Due to unforseen circumstances he was unable to make the sessions. I notified Carlos and Courts4Sports prior to the start of the session requesting a refund. I have had numerous email communications with Carlos, Jay, and Kevin from Courts4Sports stating that they will refund the money and still have not received the refund.
