  We always search for a reputable company when needing important work to be completed. We have used Nixco Plumbing multiple times in the past and have NEVER been dissatisfied. Recently we discovered a water heater leak and ***** M at Nixco walked us through over the phone immediate actions to take and then prioritized us and got to our home in a timely manner. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Took care of our issue quickly and offered up recommendations for future consideration. Nixco had a customer for life based on their performance and our experience. Thank you ***** M and the Nixco team!

  As a rule of thumb, I always try to hire and support local businesses. My first time using Nixco Plumbing and I was not disappointed. My entire experience from first call to billing was exceptional! All questions were answered and all work was explained prior to completion. **** my plumbing technician was professional, knowledgable and very skilled. He respected my home (even down to the shoe covers) by throughly cleaning the work site after completion. In addition, he kindly spoke with my home warranty company several times and answered all their questions with ease! I would highly recommend Nixco Plumbing as a reputable company!

  Nixco has been incredible!!! Beyond 5 stars! Our technician/plumber, ****, is fantastic!! He has fixed many problems for us including a new toilet. He does an A+++ job each time. He takes the time to explain everything and is very honest. Also, Alex who has come with him to assist has also been great. The company overall has wonderful customer service and is very reliable. **** always makes sure the job is done to our satisfaction and if there is ever an issue, he returns in a timely manner.

  On April 16, Technician ***** arrived and put in a new sump pump with battery. That evening after ***** finished, when sump pump started to pull water out through the pipe, it would make a loud popping noise. I called ***** the next day and he advised there was another NIXCO customer experiencing the same issue. About a week later, ***** called me and explained what my problem is, and arrived a few days later too remove a section of the new sump pump piping that had a flap inside that was causing the smacking/loud popping noise. He then put a new replacement piping in, without that flap. Now when the sump pump starts, all I hear is the quiet smooth sound of the water being pulled out of the sump through the pipe. *****’s effort to find out what the problem was and fix it makes me very grateful for his caring and understanding. ***** is a high quality technician Thank you, Sincerely, ******

  Great work today with the new "Fancy" toilet install. All of the features work great and they were in and out fast with nothing needed. I would deffinatly recomend.

  When I need a plumber, Nixco is who I call. Professional, courteous, friendly experts that show up on time. They assess, review and repair and the work is always top notch. This time **** and **** were the Nixco team and did a fantastic job.

  Extreemly expensive outrageously over priced. Poor quality. They take advantage of people that are in a tight spot. I will never call them again, and suggest others to look elsewhere. Example; they had to replace my sink faucet, during a complete pipe replacement, so i bought a new one for them to replace the old one, they said it would be additional 500.00 to put the new one. But the old one was part one the origional 7500.00 price. I said put the old one in i will change it myself. Ridiculous

  ***** did a great job!! He was polite, professional and explained everything so that we understood all options (repairing vs. replacing shower faucet, sanitizing the tankless water heater, and advantages of Nixcos service agreement). Thank you to ***** for a job well done!!We have used Nixco for 15+ years and have always received high quality workmanship, whether it be a repair or new installation - including tankless water heater installation, faucets and toilets repaired/replaced, garbage disposer replacement, and running a gas line for a gas stove.Nixco is the ONLY plumbing contractor we trust.
