I hired AAAC to investigate animal activity in my attic. I was told the activity was likely from raccoons. Two traps were placed on my roof. The traps never caught anything so after a few weeks I asked the company to return to retrieve their traps, which is part of their job. I was told they’d be by that week. They didn’t show. I have since contacted them multiple times. Sometimes I hear back from a worker assuring me the traps will be removed but no one ever shows. I’ve called and texted multiple times. Please just get your traps off my roof. How is this hard? I’ve been asking for more than a month. One trap is down thanks to solar panel installers but the other is screwed to my roof. It needs to be removed and the screw holes caulked properly to prevent water damage.Initial Complaint

The owner of AAAC Wildlife Removal came to the home on June 7, 2021 to inspect and give an estimate on removing birds nesting in the soffit. He didn't provide the estimate the same day and said it will be emailed by Wednesday. We (my daughter and I) still hadn't received it by Friday, June 11, 2021. The company was notified via-text message to send the estimate. There wasn't a reply to the text. On June 21, 2021 my daughter sent an email on my behave to the business through the BBB website. I stated, among others things I no longer have confidence in this company. Due to 2 previous reschedules on the company part before finally appearing on June 7th; haven't received an estimate in 2 weeks, and now we were receiving no responses to our concerns - I requested a refund of the $89 estimate fee. The owner's wife agreed via-text on June 23, 2021 to refund the $89. To date, It has not been deposited back into my account nor, have I received a paper check.Initial Complaint

In December 2020 we contacted AAAC Wildlife Removal regarding raccoons damaging our property. AAAC placed two traps around the chimney on our western side our house. After two raccoons were trapped and collected, only one trap was replaced, 2nd trap replaced next day. The second trap was never replaced. AAAC was also contracted to replace the chimney cap and replace the insulation in the attic. January, after getting COVID, I reached out to AAAC to push back the date. I was informed they were going to push back the work anyways due to materials shortage. We arranged for the installation to occur at the beginning of February. The insulation was completed on 3/3/21. Cap was promised to occur within 2 weeks. In, April and May I reached out without ever hearing back. Past 3 weeks I demanded removal trap/roof repair. We will get cap work elsewhere. AAAC was to show up last week to remove trap and repair trap holes but never showed. We want the trap gone and holes from the 2 traps repaired.
