My wife and I have been working with Cincinnati Floor and Window Coverings for several years as we've upgrade our home. Over the years we've had carpet, hardwood, tile, window blinds and most recently a backsplash installed. The products offered at our price range have been top notch and have held up incredibly well. We have recommended them to several friends and family and they've always had great things to say. We plan on using them in the future as we continue to upgrade our home.

I was given the worst carpet ever. It was installed terribly. The carpet is 3 years new and looks like 20 years. It has rolls everywhere. They would not even come to my house to see how bad it looks. Sent me money to cover the carpet. That does not help, it was less than half of what I spent. Stay away from this company. We have no pets or children living in the home. I was so disappointed. Never again!

We have been using this company for the past seven years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my flooring needs. I have direct contact with Matt whenever I need his services. He is a man of great integrity and listens to his customers and their needs. We recently replaced our whole first floor with LVP. What could have been a very daunting task was handled with professionalism and respect for our property. ********* us *****************, who is an artist with flooring and tile, and his associate, *****. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the results...from start to finish. I have recommended Cincinnati Floor and Window Coverings to several friends and neighbors. They, too, have been delighted with the results. I would encourage anyone interested in new flooring to give **** a call for an estimate.

Do not, under any circumstances, hire this company to put in flooring. They use a variety of work crews whose work was not vetted. They did an absolutely horrible job installing our flooring and it took them five times longer than we were initially told. They told us that all of their contractors had worked for them for 15 to 20 years and nothing could be further from the truth. The first and worst crew told me they had only worked for the company for a couple of weeks. There were multiple days where the crew simply did not show up and would not respond to my calls. I had five different crews in the house over a period of the six weeks they were there. (The owner told me the job would take five days!). Each new crew that came in made new mistakes and the last guy they sent over tried to clean up the major mistakes the first crews had made. The owner agreed to shave off part of the final payment I owed, due to all of the significant problems. Now months later, numerous planks are separating from each other as they were not fit tightly from the initial install and were not laid down correctly. I did not plan on writing this review but now feel the need to share this terrible experience with this company once numerous planks began separating from each other months later due to unprofessional and incorrect installation of the planks.
