Took car to auto place 6-6-23, 9am for rack and pinion change and wheel alignment. I had new struts put on prior to going to ****, he was aware of this. When the went to remove parts bolt was broken on driver side, and stated how rusted and stuck he was unable to remove. They did a quick fix and weld part, meanwhile car is making a banging noise. ** replace strut on right saying it was cheap and bad but car still making banging noise. Take car back and now he's saying it's left side strut bad. When I stated I want bolt extracted and put back way brought it in to him. He gets a upset and say we can't get that out it's difficult and said he will call me next day, bye. All I want is to be safe and my car(son's) fixed properly. I trusted him to perform with integrity and honesty, he broke something he should fix it. Either fix or refund my money.Customer response

I'm aware you stated, it will take some time for replies from business, but I want to let you know that what **** Complete broke and said they couldn't fix is now repaired. I took to a another mechanic that remove the broken bolt and replace everything properly. This was at an expense to me and **** technician was at fault and couldn't fix, even though he broke. I would like for **** ******** **** to cover this cost. I was treated unfairly and they have acknowledge breaking but refused to fix, saying part was all rusted and it was difficult. Seemed odd seeing how he was aware of the vehicle age of 2014 and he's a mechanic that's been in busy for decades.
I look forward from hearing from you, on this matter.

RECEIV** VIA EMAIL BY BBB STAFF MEMBER:I'm not comfortable with (do not trust this business) taken my son's car back. Who lives 1 hour away from Lorain.They didn't consider my time or his, (this has been going on for 2-3 months) refuse to fix it correctly. Now, that I have it repair** they're requesting to review. I provid** proof of repair via receipt. They acknowledg** they broke bolt and couldn't repair properly. We(the business and I) can set up a meeting time were the mechanic who repair** the car can remove anything they ne** to see. This business is not trustworthy and were at fault and admitted. There are many factors/individuals involv** with satisfying his negligence. That is my suggestion. Here are the before and after results. The first two pictures show welding, which **** Complete did, the later show the fix result with bolts and under carriage stable with bolt.
Once again, thank you for your patience and assistance.

I'm writing in regards to Claim# ********, perhaps I'm unclear on matters. I have been patient, provide necessary documents, and **** Auto have admitt** to wrong doing, but are dragging there feet, refus** to fix correctly, and said theu couldn't remove bolt or didn't know how to repair what they broke. Decline to have it taken care of, I had to find another mechanic to handle it, and now he want to critique his work. I provid** pictures and he says, he didn't see them.
