    I am really confused by the letter from Better Choice Heating & Air attached (Better_Choice23.jpg without indication of the date). Please, send me a copy of the mentioned invoice #****. Please, explain me why invoice date Oct 26, 2023 is in 10(!) months after the service date Jan 19, 2023.
    I am sending the invoice from Better Choice Heating & Air attached (Better_HVAC.docx) on Jan 23, 2023 with estimation $9,798.00 (no diagnostic fee is indicated). Please, confirm you’re your last letter Better_Choice23.jpg is incorrect and we don’t need to pay anything to Better Choice Heating & Air

    I provided two free consultations for *** ***********, one by phone and one in person. After accessing the situation I informed *** *********** that we would need to have a technician come out to provide a diagnostic because the system was newer and it didn't make sense to change out. I told *** *********** when I was there that there would be a $88 Trip and Diagnostic Fee that he agreed to pay. I called our office and had them dispatch our technician Phil to his home. We tried multiple times to contact *** *********** because the system that was installed was installed incorrectly to the installation manual that was provided. He has not given us any response until this email about payment. I didn't know we were still trying to collect on this invoice but I guess our accounting department has continued after he would not respond. If *** *********** would just call me to discuss this matter I would waive this fee. I can be reached at my cell ###-###-####. Thanks, Laymon B******

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

    To whom it may concern:
    In my email to Mr.
    B****** on 01.26.2024 (see the copies of our correspondence in the file
    Correspondence.pdf attached), I recognized a miscommunication between *** *******,
    me, and B******’s accounting department. However, *** ******* completely ignored
    the main point of my claim to BBB on 01.11.2024 (after my letter to *** *******
    on 01.02.2024): “I am sending the invoice from Better Choice Heating & Air
    attached (Better_HVAC.docx) on Jan 23, 2023 with an estimated $9,798.00;” any diagnostic
    was not performed and no diagnostic fee was indicated in estimation. I am
    asking again, please, confirm that  *** *******'s
    letter Better_Choice23.jpg  is incorrect
    and we don’t need to pay anything to Better Choice Heating & Air

    To whom it may concern:

     

    I have previously shown from our invoicing software that the customer had open the invoice in May 2023 when he said in his message, he didn’t get anything from October 2023, which he blatantly lied about this shows what kind of judge a character this person is and I do not want to have any more communication with this person and we will let him answer to God for his actions.

    he is just another prime example of somebody taking advantage of a small business.
