I had a small leak around my vent stack, and Phil and team came out, used a drone for the initial inspection, diagnosed the issue, and quickly repaired the issue the next day. I appreciate their responsiveness and follow-up. I would use them again for repair or replacement and would recommend to others.

I absolutely cannot say enough about our experience with Crawford Restoration! We had wind damage that blew off a considerable number of our roof shingles. I filed a claim with my homeowner’s insurance company and contacted Phill after seeing his reviews. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Phil handled communication with my insurance company and my mortgage company, which was a relief. On the day of installation my wife and I couldn’t believe how hard working his crew was and they finished stripping off the old singles, installing the beautiful new roof, and thoroughly cleaning up the mess all in one day! They even used a powerful magnet to find any errant roofing nails in the lawn. I give Phil and Crawford Restoration five stars and my highest recommendation!Review from Arlene T

****** **** We used Crawford Restoration for roof repair from a wind damage recently. Phil responded quickly. Submitted the pictures and document to the insurance company. Our insurance company wasn't being cooperative in the payout. But with Phil's knowledge and expertist in dealing with insurance companies, we finally got the roof repaired. I had some damage to my vinyl siding + gutter from a windstorm. Crawford literally came out same day to get me an estimate and help me understand what options I had with insurance, etc., which was incredibly helpful since it was my first time with a home repair like this. Spencer came out when we scheduled a time for the repair and he was incredibly nice + professional. Was able to wrap the whole job up in a few hours and it looked brand new. I'm a very particular person so for me to be impressed - its saying a lot! I'd recommend Crawford Restoration to anyone looking to get a home repair done right the first time.Review from Kailyn R

We used Crawford Restoration to replace an old gable vent. The vent was an odd shape and size, and was hard to find. It took a couple attempts to find a vent that would work, but Phil worked super diligently to get the job done at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again, thanks!Review from Mindy B

Phil replaced my roof. The insurance company was only going to pay for a small portion of the replacement even though it was the result of a storm because it was an older roof. Phil was able to work with them, providing documentation and identifying missing items from the adjustors list to get the company to make a better payout. He was a great communicator and super responsive. I am very happy with the roof and his team's work.Review from Michael Z.

They were friendly and explained the process thoroughly. The work was excellent! They replaced all of the shingles, installed new vents, and even repaired some structural damage. the work was completed and the site cleaned up in less than a day.Review from Michael R

**** stopped by and gave me a free inspection of my roof and gutters. It was such a simple and quick process; I didn't even need to be home. The next day I received a detailed email, (with photos) explaining to me my roof was in good shape, but my gutters needed replaced. I now have brand new gutters with gutter guards, and I have never been happier. I will never have to clean my gutters again! The company was on time, reliable, clean and did an outstanding job! Crawford Restoration was fantastic! ******** and **** went above and beyond to assist with my roof and gutter replacement. The process was easy with these professionals. Everything was done in a timely manner, updates were provided as things moved forward, and all my questions were answered thoroughly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends and would easily use them again for any future home restoration needs. Thank you for all your awesome work!
