This dealership faulty diagnosis a repair that was 1600 dollars and put my kids and I life in danger truck broke down went to Bob pulte Chevrolet they said it was the number 1 injector paid 1600 left Bob pulte truck did exact same thing went to diff dealer they properly fixed it saying it was number 1 injector wiring not the injectorBusiness response

The customer arrived at our dealership during the night in need of vehicle repair. He was traveling with his family, so we rearranged our schedule and immediately started work on his vehicle. We gave him an estimate and repaired the vehicle. During this time, we were hospitable to his family; transporting him to get lunch for his family, making him at home at our dealership. Upon completion of the repairs, he paid the invoice and his vehicle was redelivered to him. He thanked us profusely for giving him prompt and quality care. That evening, he posted a five- star review on ****** of his outstanding experience. We did not have any other communication from him or about him, until he disputed his credit card charge 35 days later. We believe that we provided exceptional service and repair to this customer.Initial Complaint

7/7/2020 turbo in my car was replaced. It is now malfunctioning just like every other time They work on my car. The part should have been warrantied for 2 years (as told to me by GM) yet they will not call me back and are refusing to help.Initial Complaint

On 1-18-2022 I took our car to Bob Pulte for service, The right tail light had moisture inside the light and mildew on the trunk lid carpet. The young Service adviser told me when I was there a week prior that it would be repaired under warranty, Because they had fixed the exact problem less then 24 months prior. "That repair was done on 6-1-2020". I left the car and several hours later I received a call from the older service advisor saying it was going to cost me over $600.00 to fix the car. I advised him they had fixed the problem and it was warranty work. He said "no its not the same", I advised him it was exactly the same problem. He stated the spoiler was leaking last time and this time its the tail light. Its the same as last time, Mold/mildew in the same place and moisture in the tail light, Just like last time.Business response

On repair order #****** dated 05/28/2020 at 19,928 miles, we addressed a customer concern
of a water leak in the trunk of the car that was causing mold to form on inside trunk liner. Vehicle was
water tested and the leak was found to be coming from the bolt holes that mount the rear spoiler to the
deck lid. This leak was repaired, and the molded liner was replaced. This repair was covered by the
vehicles bumper to bumper, 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty.
On repair order #****** dated 01/18/2022 at 34,998 miles, we addressed a concern of water in
the tail lamp on the right rear of the trunk and mold in the trunk. We performed a water leak test and
found water entering the trunk from the right rear tail lamp. Unfortunately, the vehicle 3-year / 36,000-
mile warranty has now expired. The customer was provided an estimate but declined to have repairs
performed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
It’s the same problem as the first time and I was told the work had a 24 month warranty.
