We had a reservation for a hotel and we showed up and they refused to let us stay because we “had too many children “ they refused to return our money and put it as a no show charge.Initial Complaint

Check in 10/08/2021 8:00pm Check out 10/09/2021 10:17 am We checked in the room was $149.70 and they charged us a $250.00 deposit. Not 1 employee wore a mask the room was absolutely filthy the hot tub didn't work and the in room phone didn't. We went to front desk to complain there was a child running a muck all over the hotel then out pops a man who is either high or drunk finally comes the front desk clerk the kid was her grandson and the intoxicated man her son. Also the desk clerk was heavily intoxicated as well so she goes and wakes one of the hotel maids husband's up whom they live at the property and sends him to are room at 11pm he tries to fix the hot tube cuts his hand and is bleeding everywhere at the same time a bang on are door I answer its his pregnant wife she just walked on in to the room and sits on are bed no one has a mask on. She brought her un sanitized phone from there room and plugs it in come to find out the line in room doesn't work at all. See attached email
