Got a new roof, siding on my house, new roof on my garage, the siding on the house in spot is coming down, the porch was never finished and I'm still, after a year dining roofing nails in my drive, yard and back patio connected to the garage, I've Contacted the company 3 times, they just want to text me back, said they would come Thursday, I tried to confirm it, was ignored. So now I'm doing this.

Hello yes we did show up thursday and remove the nails. We showed up thursday and handled the issues.
The other part of the job wasn't in the contract, I have everything from the client signed, pictures of the job, and I also have a audit trail that proves he signed the contract.
I haven't heard from the customer since.

I hired this company to do my roof and gutters replacement on 7/12/21 they came out to do the job despite a 80 percent chance of rain that day as they began to tear off the roof it began downpouring they did the best they could to tarp the roof but water got in anyways damaging my ceiling and now here it is 7/21/21 and my ceiling is still not repaired and mold has begun to start forming along with the ceiling sagging. I want my ceiling repaired asap and returned to how it was before. I will not pay this company one cent until these problems are fixed.Business response

The crew was caught in a sudden flash rain storm and unfortunately some damage was caused. The crew has been there today 7-26-21 repairing the ceilings. We have been working with the customer to resolve the issue.Customer response

I hired S & K Construction and Remodeling to replace a roof. The came on April 23rd of 2021. They did not get a permit, they did not get mid-work inspection and they left the roof undo. I called the city on 4/23/2021. My roof leaked, it did not leak previously. Some items were damaged because of leaking. I hear the words, "I make no excuses", but I heard nothing but excuses. I insisted they get a permit and two weeks later they got one on 5/5/21. The roof did not pass the city ground inspection. They are demanding money and claim to want to fix the roof, but have never said what the problem is. It was suggested to get a roof inspector (independent from city) to find out what the issues are. S & K Construction intimates and threatens. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be spoken to in such a manner. I have asked that further communication be in written form. I am afraid that I may seek legal representation because of the manner that they do business.Business response

We have been attempting through various means to schedule a day to finish the roof. Our men showed up to finish the roof and install the gutters and we were told to leave the property. The owner has offered to credit you with all of the wood, so there will be no charge for the wood we replaced. We need to finish the roof install and we have a permit. Please do not let this issue continue to persist by denying us the ability to complete the roof. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can complete the work as contracted.
