Wholesale Supplies Plus offers free shipping on orders over $25. They have very helpful calculators for ALL of their fragrances and they take the time to accurately describe their products. They also have customer reviews that are from actual customers, and it appears that they use their customer reviews to benefit other customers by providing the review no matter what the content. The Q and A sections on their products is also valuable to me, you can usually find your question has already been asked and answered. I have only had one product that did not meet my satisfaction. I called customer service, was treated with kindness and understanding and a replacement product was sent out immediately. I was using WSP for all of my supplies exclusively, but lately I have branched out. I can say that the products I get from WSP are worth the money to me. I experience quality products and good prices when I buy from them. I like that they offer product recipes. The fragrance oils they have are the absolute best. I have never purchased one that smelled bad or did weird morphing in a recipe. This is where the customer reviews come in handy ;). In short, WSP is still my first go to business. Fantastic quality product and great customer service. I've been using this company since covid and they always fulfill orders. They have improved on shipping times and if I ever have an issue with product (such as, I once had a leaked fragrance oil) they have remedied the situation very quickly. Customer service is 'on it'!

In my years with doing business with Wholesale Supplies Plus, I have to this date, never had any problems with their products and customer service, in fact, I think other companies should use WSPs customer service as a guide of how to do things right. Each and every time I have had a small problem, they have been on top of things, making sure things were set right. They go above and beyond on how to run an excellent business. Even though the shipping tends to take a bit longer than it did in the past, I am pretty sure they are having as much a problem with staffing as pretty much every place else you go these days. Other than this small inconvenience, I really have no other complaints what so ever about this company, their products they offer or how they do business. To me, Whosesale Supplies Plus is my go to for anything I need for my small business/hobby and I look forward to doing business with them in the foreseeable future.
