5 starsWe notice that there was a problem with our sewer when we seen that what looked like toilet paper in our flower bed. Mr. Rooter came to repair it. They dug up our flower bed to do it. We had another issue with the sewer. They took a camera to find where the problem is. They found where the problem was. When they go to fix the plumbing they take pictures and document them. That is a good thing in our case. We all underground utilities. The contractor broke our sewer tile. The pictures came in handy. We were able to give the people the pictures to prove what they did. We were so grateful about it. This was not a cheap repair. The company paid for the repairs with some doing. We had Mr. Rooter repair a couple of other things. If we have a problem with what they did they will come and fix it. We are happy about it.

5 starsI needed to get the damaged and collapsed piping from the downspouts to the sewer replaced. The Mr Rooter team did a great job of troubleshooting and diagnostics. Then the excavation team came out and installed new piping from all of the downspouts. The were very professional and very hard working. They spent a long 12-hr day completing the work in 90 deg temps. Their site cleanup was well done and their pricing was favorable. I would give them a 4.8... and would hire them again when necessary.Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland
