      Shower not completed as promised or to code as green backerboard was used. Cracked showerhead was also installed. Showerhead was supposed to be raised by the same distance as the floor was raised. Showerhead is now too short. I have called Leaf Home Bath numerous times and submitted a complaint online to customer service to get a resolution. I keep getting told someone will reach out to me but no one does.

      June 11 2025. This company installed a walk in shower. I asked to pay by check. The sales people didnt know how to do that. I obliged and paid by a discover card. I paid half of the install at that time. I was also told the installers are employed by LEAF/bath planet - they are not. They are independent contractors. I was also told they go to a 3 week school in ******* to learn the way of the business and proper install. None of this is true. The installer told me (while laughing )at the lie. He told me that other customers ask him the same thing. I had no real issue with the installers. they did put a large hole in the wall that leads to the room behind the bathroom. They also nicked the ceiling in my bathroom several times in many areas. I also needed to repaint my kitchen wall. Hall way, and family room walls because of scrapes, abrasions, and a hole repair! Not to mention the exposed drywall that was left. I was told the tub would be custom made to fit. There is a 12 inch gap behind the shower and the wall they built to hold the standard size shower. I am just flabbergasted by this. And for ~$12k. !! They have now charged my credit card the remaining balance after I asked them to deduct the damage and send me a new total. I would then pay from my home equity loan via check. I have contacted them. They tell they will get back to me. I now have a large credit card balance. An unfinished bathroom. And no one to assist.

      I own a condo at **** ******** ******* ** ** ********  We agreed on a price but when completed they had installed a shower curtain on a walk in shower snd not the glass doors we had agreed upon. Unknown to me they had switched out the doors for curtains after the tenant requested it. I have asked to speak to the owner if Bath Planet but the employees refuse. She says that is our job. My brother lives there and has beginning dementia. He had no authority to change my order and they put curtains in without reducing the price to compensate for the difference. I e-signed the agreement not seeing they had changed the order to curtains I just saw the price we had agreed upon. I live in CA. Phone number is ************. They have placed a lien on my property.

      We contracted Leaf HOME back in February 2023 and have had issues since, they have mostly taken care of the issues but as of date the shower leaks and now they refuse to send someone to correct the issue, I have attached pics from the begging of the job until current and as you can see it still leaks.

      Just heard from the subcontractor Leaf Home just called him and told him about my leak and he's clear across the state so he said he won't be making it until late in the evening. Yesterday they send me a text confirming the service call when I asked for a time I got no response. I have no reason to be up this early but they don't seem to care about me very inconsiderate to me and to the subcontractor that didn't even have a clue what needed to be done here or that he would be requested to travel across the state of NC today. Shame on them but hopefully he shows and I can get this done and overwith.

      The shower is still leaking after ****** from Redesignew showed up on Sunday, as a side note he was supposed to come on Friday but Leaf Home didn't communicate with him until the day of and he was 4 hours away from my house so he rescheduled for Sunday a huge inconsideration from them so on Sunday he recoked the area but he mentioned this would continue unless the right shower size tub be installed. We originally paid for it but instead they put in a standard size they cut and fit to place and that's why it will always leak as per the contractor. At this point they need to replace it wirh the correct pan or reimburse or money.

      In June if 2024 I signed a contract for a walk in shower. I made a deposite of $4,200.00. I was told the contract will be good for one year from the date I signed. A couple of weeks after I lost my job, after 14 years. I called and talked to the sales Mgr 2 or 3 times to tell him I lost my job. After that the receptionist would not let me speak to anyone, and told me I can't unless I am ready to continue with the proj5. Also told my deposite is not refundable. I finally got a sales Mgr in April 2025 to come to my house. I wanted to talk about getting the project done, but talking out the seat in the shower and the sliding doors, or whatever i could take off to make the price where i can pay the extra after my deposite of $4200. I talked to
      him about my situation and he made calls. Was told my account was closed and I will not get my deposit back. It has not been a year! I was told he was going to see what he can do, either way he would call me that evening. He never called me, I called several times on his cell phone, no answer no return call. Today, May 20th 2025. I called his office in Pittsburgh and had she asked if this was ****** and I said yes. I had to leave a msg. She said she will have someone call me back still no call yet!

      I had a sales person come to my house and he assured me if I signed the papers that call him the next day and hecould cancel it for any reason I did call him the next day and cancel, but he didnt do anything and it ended up I got money taken out of my bank account When I called him he apologized and then said he would fix it, which I didnt hear from them ever again, but the money was not returned. It was $735 that they took from my bank account and never returned the money. For nothing

      1st of all the shower installed for $15000 was probably $3,000 to $4,000. The installation was suppose to take one day. It took 3 days, and the installation was crappy. **** missing in areas, and **** smeared on glass doors that will not come off. Shower pan stained from installers shoes. Installed put a hole in the wall of the bathroom and the bathroom door. Installer said that he took pictures of holes and would send them to his boss and he would contact me. Never heard from anybody and we had to repair the sheetrock and pain the whole bathroom and remove door with hole in it.

      Both the product and the installation methods were unsatisfactory. The product was not as described and was installed in such a way that the shower was unusable in a normal fashion. The way that it was installed led to safety hazards for the person using the shower. Numerous communications to the company were either responded to in an unclear manner or ignored completely. I still am unable to use my shower, and I would like to get my money back, end my association with this company, and find a new company to complete the project.       On 2/24/25 A salesman (**** *********) from Leaf Home Bath came to my home to provide a quote I requested for a bath remodel. I had two other companies provide quotes and I decided to go with Leaf Home Bath. Financing was submitted 2/24/25 and I was approved through ****************. I signed the contract 2/24/25 in the amount of $16,991.00 and paid $1,600.00 as a deposit at that time. I was told the removal of current bath and installment of new bath would take a max. of one day, which ended up being two days (Fri - Mon) four days including the weekend. Included in the contract was custom glass and was told that the glass installer would come out once shower was complete to measure area and then installation would be completed within 2-3 days. It has now been 3 weeks and we have not heard anything from the glass installer. I have called the Company, Leaf Home 4 separate days and had to leave messages for status of glass installation and have not received any calls back. On my second call to them, I was told that **** ********* no longer works for the company. The messages I have left were with the local Round Rock offices, today I called their main office in **** and ended up being transferred back to the local office and the woman I spoke with is extremely rude, and told me I just need to wait for someone to return my call and just because I keep calling doesn't make it happen any sooner. Funds have been released to the company from **************** and the job is incomplete and I cannot get anyone to call me back from the company. **I tried attaching my contract to this complaint, but it is too large. I need help in resolving this issue. I still cannot use my shower because water will spray out since the glass has not been installed. Thank you

      installed a walk in bathtub, when the ran the 220 out the bathroom wall to the electrical box, I had to remind the person to caulk the whole they used to run the 220, but then that attached to the electrical box they did not do that right, there are several concerns with that part and it would not pass inspection and needs to be done right
