So i needed a minor fix evaluation so i contacted virtual pcs on ****** rd which I’ve dealt with before hand.that experience was a very pleasant one just to be clear.so again i contacted that location,or so I thought it was that location, same number.a gentleman answered the phone,I stated my issues to him at that point to which he told me they could help with.not once does this guy say anything about the location on ****** being closed due to going out of business so i drove clear across town to that location.sign’s all over doors clearly closed.i call and the same guy states that the location at that point had been closed for 6 weeks so he was very aware.but told me that they we’re located out ******* ******** and again could still help me.ok frustrating but but my problem with my pc Still existing so i drive clear across the city another 25 minute drive to that location just to walk in to this man doing absolutely jack squat but sitting in a chair playing on his phone to tell me that they would need to keep my pc for up to 48 hour’s.mind you last few time’s ive dealt with virtual pcs they were able to fix my rig same day easy peasy.but that they were full and didn’t have the time that day.it’s legit a minor sound issue that I just can’t seem to figure out so literally a few click’s of a button.my thing is for starters you could have told me from the get go that the location that’s listed online no longer exists.2 that for minor or major that i would have to leave my 5000 dollar rig with this company that at that point would have been the first time doing business with at that specific shop.and when I walk in the guy just has the most dryest greeting ever.again this guy was sitting there playing on his phone doing absolutely nothing.so it was just a waste of time and gas just to have the guy be unprofessional and dry towards me like he couldn’t have taken the 15 minutes out of his time to help me how he said he could.never again!

Yes ***** and ****** store has gone out of business we had there phones forward to the ************* Location. Customer call was forward to our ************* Location which my employee told customer he would have to drop off his computer and we could look at and fix computer. At no time did my employee tell customer that we could fix computer on the spot. At the ************* location we get more computers in then the ***** store does. It is very hard for us to work on a computer on the spot with the volume of business we do at this location. Again, customer was never told that we could work on the computer on the spot! I am sorry to the customer that we could not do anything on the spot for him. Customer states that he did not want to drop off his 5K computer to us cause he did not know us, that is understandable. But he could have gotten my report from the BBB before coming to my location. This is my first complaint on the BBB in a long time, or maybe even ever. I am more then happy to help the client and can even setup an appointment for him to bring his PC to us and I will try to work on at that time with him here at no charge. Very sorry for the confusion! Please have the customer talk to **** and ************* Location at ************. Let me know what else I can do to right this situation.

      Thank You
