Called after hours and spoke to the after hours line, because when I got home after 5 o’clock, my water was shut off now I have auto payment set up so I was getting billed monthly. I never once received a phone call that my payments were not going through all the sudden, they show up and shut off my water without so much as a note or a call, I log to figure out what is going on and it says I have a $337 bill and I cannot even open the PDF file to see what that invoice is for.I have no idea if I have a leak but when I called after hours and spoke to the lady in the office along with Dan C*****, he told me there is nothing they can do call in the normal business hours because that’s when they can make things happen for you , and then, when I asked him why it is standard practice not to at least give a courtesy call he said we email you and that is not our responsibility when I interjected to ask another question he began belittling me and telling me that I interrupted him, and if I would let him finish, he could explain further and then when I told him to go ahead and explain further, he decided to give me an attitude and tell me that there is nothing he can do, pay my bill, and to call the normal phone line in the morning.Mind you this entire time I had no idea that my payments were not processing.I never got a phone call from ******** County water just emails that look exactly like payments on my invoices.They do not turn on water after hours And Dan C***** basically told me just to deal with it and that it’s my responsibility.Never in my life have I ever been spoken to by somebody that is literally hanging over an essential item to my house and to living.They wouldn’t even allow me to pay to have somebody come out after hours to turn it back on. They just gave me an attitude and made me feel absolutely worthless. Dan C***** should be fired, you should never speak to anybody in that way when you are the one that is not giving me any options to turn my water back on.

The last payment we received from Jessica W****** was on 12/31/2023. We did send 2 Auto Pay Decline Notifications to the same e-mail address above (*************************) to advise her that her credit card was declined. The first e-mail was sent on 1/31/2024, the second on 2/29/2023. We also initiated an automated phone call that said if we didn't receive a payment by the next day the water would be locked for non-pay. The system was unable to reach the phone number in our system. We need an updated phone number so she will get these message's in the future.
