They did not install baffling as required in the contract. The attic insulation blocked air flow from the sofit vents causing the roof to rot from the inside. They claim no liability for the damages. Be sure to check the work when completed. They will not honor the craftsmanship warranty. Read the fine print on the contracts, they are not liable for anything, and you must hire a professional ventilation expert to inspect the home prior to installation.

I spent so much money on an insulation job just for it to not even work, every area in the house is still cold. I was trying to save money on agas and electric by getting insulation done for 7,000 dollars just to get screwed over. Even when I told them about it they did nothing.

We had USA Insulation out on Dec 1, 2021. ****** and fellow worker were very courteous and professional. We discovered after they left that a garage wall (interior to house) had not been drilled and insulated. We called to have them come out to finish, they never showed for that appt. They had to cancel our follow up since ****** had a conflict with his daughter's schedule, ok, that happens. We have made another half dozen calls to ********************************** and *********************. Never received a response. In the ensuing three months, our gas **** has only increased from the same time last year. USA Insulation received their full payment of $5,800. We paid $2,500 down and the remaining $3,300 on Dec 1. After all the calls, I believe we have learned a ****** about USA Insulation. We should have withheld the Dec 1 payment until we had inspected all areas of the house. # months later, they have no interest in fulfilling their obligation.****

I had USA Insulation come out for a quote in 8/2018 as a result of a coworker having his home done and great results. Had an easy consultation and discussed what I wanted/expected. Job was done that month in one day with two crews working, one on walls, one doing the attic. Now 10/2021 I found an area in my attic I thought not up to standards. I called and in two weeks 11/06/2021 I had the crew here inspecting and in two hours they had agreed and fixed the issue I discussed and at NO charge to myself. They stand behind their work. I have a brick ranch w/attached garage, and had ALL walls/garage done as I heat my garage during winter, even the wall between the house and garage was done to soundproof the living room. I will recommend them to any/all!!

I had USA Insulation come out for a quote, salesman looked over job and gave quote, very high !!! acted like he was calling people to get price down, I had a couple other companies coming to quote as well, they were the first to make it, salesman got price down a little, but wanted a deposit to hold that price with certain percent down, he was convincing and persuasive at his job, so gave deposit....had other company come out 2 days later with a quote 3 times cheaper then USA, with same material and procedure, so tried calling USA back to cancel a couple times, buy the time they got back with me it was now 4 days and they informed me that they would have to keep $500 of my money to cancel because it was over their 3 day policy....FOR DOING NOTHING !!!! But he could put it on hold and see what he could do....now a week went by and we kept missing each other because I work as well, so now 2 weeks when we talked he asked to send quote of other company and he would try to give me better price... (so he knew they were stupid priced ).... after another week i called and he said, he couldn't help me, would be same price, so I said REALLY CAN'T HELP JUST A LITTLE ???? he said NO he would just cancel job...I said thank you and thought we were good, until I got my check back LESS $500...... so he did me NO favors and still kept my money for doing absolutely NOTHING !!! I GOT SCREWED And want my money back..... How do I do this ??? Buyer shop around.. USA Insulation thinks they are entitled to your hard earned money because it was passed a 3 day deadline , because of their fault....MAD !!!!

GREAT PRODUCT, SERVICE AND PEOPLE. Showed up on time and I have already noticed a difference in my homes comfort level.
