On 4/16 I called and spoke with Austin H***** about getting a 2024 *** ******** SX in red. I mentioned there was one sitting at ***** **** Asked him if he can get it? Or do we need to travel there. He not only could get it, but he had also had it transferred to Harrison that day. We went next morning and met him and his fellow employees. All so kind and helpful. Test drove and walked away with it. I even had to go quickly after signing papers due to an appointment I had to make. But came in later and he showed me the ropes. Thank you, Austin, for making today feel like a dream come true.

I had a used car that was bought 2 months ago from ********* and has been in the shop 2 times and is still in there, with continuing issues that the used dealer didn't want to deal with or work with me on fixing it. They said you bought a used car what did you expect? I called Cronin Kia and explained my situation and options. I purchased a 2024 ***** and I couldn't be more pleased with the service the ease of working with them. Shout out to Justin and DJ. Justin was patient and explained all the features of the car and got it all ready for me to take home. Cronin Kia will be the ONLY dealership I will ever deal with again. Great job Guys!!!!

Julie Y**** ordered a 2024 ******** for me at Cronin Ford. I came to Cronin Ford on the advice of two people. Now i understand just why they recommended this dealership. Julie Y**** was most helpful time and time again as we waited for the ******** to be built. I have never been treated so well by a dealer in my 77 years on tis earth. Julie is very proficient in her work. She is kind and very patient! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend this dealership and especially Julie. I want to also recommend Jeremy T**** the business manager who walked us through the payment process. He was not pushy, but he helped us make some very important decisions in the purchase process. ***** ** **** *

Cronin Kia was a great experience. My sales person was very nice and informative when it came to getting to know my car. Austin H was very helpful.

Update: I found some broken parts in the truck, Dealership Wont help to replace it, I Bugged them for 3 weeks to look into getting it fixed, only to be told its not covered under warranty. There is still a year left of factory bumper to bumper and its certified pre owned. I was told that because I got a good deal on the truck I should deal with the broken parts, it isn't my fault ford sales are down and they wanted to sell the truck. It is my fault for not catching it prior to purchase, I should have known not to trust them. I am disappointed in the care after the sale for customers and the quality of vehicles that ford produces. I'm going to reach out to ford corporate and see if there is anything they can do. I will update once that process is complete. At first the transaction was smooth, did all the negotiating on price and trade over the phone, once in the dealership process was a decent pace, it was raining out that day so it was a quick inspection for the truck I was buying, the fact it was CPO with factory warranty still on made me feel at ease.

Cronin Kia was a breath of fresh air after having terrible experiences at multiple other Kia dealers in the Cincy area. I called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for. While they didn't, Andrew was so helpful on the phone and sent me a lot of useful info on what they did have in stock so I decided to stop in to look around anyway. Andrew was again extremely friendly and helpful, taking me on a test drive in the ** I was interested in. He was very knowledgable, knowing his way around the car in detail (which is a night and day difference from other dealers who didn't seem to know much about what they were selling). He never tried to upsell me and only discussed what I was specifically interested in. While I had a great experience, they didn't have the car I was looking for (in a different color). However, within just a few days they had called me back to say they had found exactly what I wanted and were able to get it to me within only a few weeks. The buying process was fast, easy, and no-nonsense. Mark from finance was was just as friendly and helpful as Andrew and made the whole process very straightforward and painless. I feel that I could not possibly have had a better experience anywhere else and would go back here in a heartbeat for any future purchases.
