It's been problem since I moved in November 2021. I noticed mice droppings in my kitchen and bathroom along with open holes throughout the apartment. Maintenance came to lay traps only in the bathroom and let me know their not allowed to place traps in the bathroom. We still have mice infestation in the kitchen. Mice dropping in the stove. I hear the mice and the wall which lets me know that they aren't leaving. I contacted them about the toilet running which took them week send someone and that person said the actual owner will contact me about replacing the toliet which led to another week of the toliet running. I received a high water **** of $242. When I try to contact Era they never responded to email orvoicemails I left. I took the drastic measures by contacting ultities assistance through impact to help with this **** because they sent it a week after I already paid rent. I received a 3 day notice to leave of non payment of the $242. I contacted the number provided on the eviction notice which I didn't have this number ever. Was told impact hasn't approve me which they did. I contacted impact and they let me know ******************* signed so paper and put on the paper that I owe $1142 in rent which was a lie I only requested water assistance from impact so since my impact application didn't match what ******************* /Era put the application was under review and that's why a payment wasn't received because I never put i needed rental assistance. And since they are paying I'm trying to do my best go legal route of finishing these months impact paid to get out of here because they are fraud and I have proof

Absolutely horrible communication. Attempted to contact realtor ************************* multiple times and was often left with no response. We should have realized this guy was a scam when he had no information on the house we were attempting to rent. However, once we shelled out $100 for application fees, we were told that the owner was no longer renting the house and there would be no reimbursement. Avoid this company and that unqualified realtor at all cost.
