On Monday May 24, 2021 I heard a knock at the door it was my neighbor. He was going around asking if my hot water was on? I told him it had just went cold. He informed me that the pilot light was out for the gas in the basement for the water tanks. Another neighbor was outside and stated that ******** gas had just left. I tried to call the number that was provided for the front office. Come to find out there is no front office anymore. The company had been sold to ERA. I call that number and it's a number for maintenance. The maintenance line is a call center that puts in work orders. I tried to call the office in Grove city the lady that answered the phone told me she could not help to call the number ###-###-#### which is the maintenance line. I called the property manager Donny T******* his voicemail states not to leave home a message if your a tenant to call the listed number above. I have to email him to get a response. I was not told a date when the hot water will be back on.Business response

This property was not sold to era. we were hired as the mgmt co. our front office is not shut down however we do not allow walk in's at this time. we are fully aware of the issues at the property and my staff is working to get all the gas/electric turned on in all the common areas.
