Excellent customer service! From evaluating my roof and chimney needs, to providing an estimate, ease of scheduling the jobs, and the actual job itself, this company is top notch! The crews that completed my jobs were fast courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. Their communicating the details of the jobs were very much appreciated along with their quality workmanship, and clean up. In this day of so many companies lacking organization and customer service, they could learn from ********************************************* and ********************! The materials and labor warranties they provide and quality workmanship is well worth using this company for their roofing and chimney needs!Review from Betty L

I knew the Company that I wanted to replace my House and attached garage roof. I called Groover Roofing and Siding. Groover has done previous jobs(roof, masonry, and installed a entry door and glass block side window) on another house I own. *** and his crew did an excellent job replacing the needed boards and shingles on my house and attached garage. Also, Groover did extensive repairs to the back garage. ****** and his crew disconnected the electric, took off the siding and gutters, replaced the header, trusses, and replaced all the plywood and shingled the roof. Then they had to reconnect, put the siding and gutters back on. EVERYBODY COMMENTED THAT GROOVER IS THE BEST COMPANY TO HIRE!Groover kept me informed with all options that I had in decision making process.Thanks for a Job well done!Review from Gene T

The crew that repaired my chimney (re-pointed the brick and installed a concrete cap) were prompt and did an excellent job. They kept me updated throughout the process informing me of every step. They installed roof shingles that match the existing shingles very well and constructed new flashing, When the job was completed they did an excellent job of cleaning up. The crew that completed my work showed a high level of professionalism, knowledge and finished the job with care and efficiency. Groover Roofing and Siding is an excellent company. From our first encounter with **** to a brief telehone call to the owner, we knew we were working with high quality professionals. The chimney and roofing job were completed to the highest degree of excellence. The chimney looks fantastic and matches the existing brick to ***. The supervisors and workers were polite and considerate. All work was completed on time and with great expertise. We live in ** and because of recommendations from others who live in **, we chose to work with Groover. I would highly recommend Groover. I was so satisfied with their work. It was a pleasure working with ****** (sales ***** **** (Chimney *******), ***** (roofing *******). They were so friendly & knowledgeable. They went above & beyond my expectations. I was given excellent customer service by these three individuals. Also (***) is always so nice when scheduling and speaking to her. The crew did an excellent job installing my new roof, gutters and down spouts, and chimney. I was very impressed by their punctuality, efficiency and clean-up. Definitely an excellent, hard working crew! Protected everything in the landscape. Did not find one nail afterwards!!! ************************* Condominium Assocation contracted Groover Roofing this spring to replace the roofing on 14 buildings. Their work was excellent. Their Wokers and their supervisor were very polite and excellent at their job. Grovers Roofing and Chimney Masonry professionals are absolutely outstanding. We are beyond satisfied with our chimney and roof, they are a work of art. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and when they complete the job, the clean up was remarkable and the care to the landscaping was so much appreciated.
