  This occurred on 4/12/2022 and 4/13/2022. I paid D&Z Shrubs & Forestry LLC to cut down 7 trees, remove all the brush, and stack the wood in the backyard. Instead they cut down 6 trees while leaving tall stumps and left all the wood and brush laying in the middle of the backyard. They stated they were going out to lunch and that they needed to pay their arborist before he left but they would come back and finish the job after. Unfortunately, we trusted them to come back and finish the job but they showed up after lunch, grabbed their stuff and bolted. They also blocked my number so I could no longer contact them. I now have to clean up 3 1/2 trees and remove multiple tall stumps.

  This is false information ! On the contract we have was to “ remove selected trees” It never said “7 trees” . Also job was just about completed until Customer wanted to throw on extra trees & thought we was going to do them for free!!! That is the truth about this whole thing . This is why we had put a pause on the job … because we was not adding in more trees for free.

  I am rejecting this response because: in the original text messages between myself and *****, I showed which trees I wanted cut down and it is clearly indicated them with a picture. Along with this they didn't just "pause" the job. They left my yard a mess, broke my fence, blocked my number, and did not come back to complete the job. I have pictures, and texts to show all of this. There were two trees that were added which was the pine tree out front along with the rotten tree they brought to my attention in my backyard. Unfortunately, they did not want to have a conversation and just decided to leave and block my number instead of having a reasonable discussion.

  On March 17, 2022 I recieved a quote for tree trimming and removal by D&Z Shrub & Forestry, LLC. ****** ***** ** started working with his crew after I paid a $1200 deposit. The crew cut down about 2/3 of the tree and left piles of wood and clippings all over the yard. He said that he would return on Friday the 18th to finish the job and remove all the logs and branches. ****** did not return on Friday nor did he call to communicate a date of return. I called and left a message and also sent him a couple of text messages. As of today, Wednesday, March 23rd, I have not heard nor seen him at my home to complete the work. The work and mess he has made is not what I paid a deposit for. This is not $1200 worth of work and now it will cost me addtional money beyond his original quote of $2000. I have looked up his LLC info with the Ohio Secretary of State and his listed address is not current. Company Number *******

  This was a false complaint. There was not even a contract she had signed for this job . Yes we collected 1200$ and that was for taking the tree down & the lot spray that we had done which was 485$ .
