I booked a room at this location. I was promised HOT breakfast when I booked the room. What I got was a freezer full of frozen food that I had to microwave myself. This was false advertisement. I was never told what was going to be a part of this breakfast. I feel like I was lied to. Also, the coffee maker in my room was not turning on. I called to ask to fix this and got no one to help me. I would like half of my money back as a resolution.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/07/15) */ Being a member, please register your complain with franchise and let franchise offer you a resolution that would make you feel that you have been taken care of. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/07/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did contact the franchise, and they ignored me! I want my money back!
