      Be very careful with this dealership! I did a trade in and decided to lease. The dealership owed me $19,000 on the exchange. It has now been 40 days and no check. No title memo. No license plate. Contacted the salesman numerous times and gave him a new address to ship everything to. Says he took care of it. I am now 5 days away from expired plates and currently out $19,000. General Manager is "checking in" to issue and will get back to me tomorrow afternoon.

      Over the years I have been a consistent ** owner. Currently I own a **** Touareg and a 2017 Golf *** ******** and over the years have purchased several ** cars for myself and family. I have been loyal to this brand because the product met not only my driving requirements but more so because I really appreciated the customer service. The ** service was the best and I valued it highly.This is a complaint about the service that I recently received on the **** Touareg.I dropped off the car for the 110K service and at the same time informed them that I had a system suspension fault warning light appear that occurred regularly in the winter but now with the warmer weather no longer appears and also a problem with the hatch door not staying in the open position. This is a great vehicle that has low mileage and also a low market value but it runs well and worth maintaining until service fees becomes excessive. I was told that a diagnostic readout for the system fault would be about $150 which I declined since it appeared now not to be a problem. I was not informed about any charges for just looking at the hatch door and I left the car for service.After a couple of days I called enquiring about the work status and was informed that to fix the door would cost about $900 for parts and I had to wait a few days for parts to be delivered. I could not justify this cost and told them not to fix the door.I picked up the vehicle the next day, nobody walked me through the service that was performed and I paid the charges and left. When I got home and reviewed the charges I noticed that they charged me $144 for looking at the door. If I had known I would be charged this fee I would have declined.Puzzled I called the service and they mentioned it was a diagnostic charge (doors are not part of the diagnostic system). When pressed about this they mentioned it was for the mechanics effort for investigating. I informed them that this was unreasonable for no service was performed

      Our car was sent to Fairfield Volkswagen after a small accident. They received it on October 19th. Today is now December 14th and they still have our car. We have been in contact it them for 2 months now trying to get this resolved and they are still not able to do it. They have had to send it to ***** VW to get the collision work done because there service department couldn't find the time to do it. We have had to pay over $250 dollars in rental car expenses to have a car while they have ours and not to mention the fact we have not had our own car for over two months. This is totally unacceptable and the will never receive another dollar from me and if I was you I would never suggest putting any trust in this business. They don't care about their customers and they could care less about the experiences you have. If I could give a negative rating on our experience with them I would.
